As you all know, I've decided to rewrite the ending of this story so that Pawblo's Story 2 would make sense. Well, after a long hiatus, here it is! Pawblo's Story 2 and possible future sequels will all appear here. Until I start writing S2 chapters, enjoy the first part of the Season 1 finale, now rewritten!
"Gary, there's too many. We'll never be able to break through."
Quinn had a point.
Everyone was discussing this, even Little Cato, about the current situation.
I was in the corner alone, thinking of something.
Hmm.....wait....maybe that could work!
"Hey guys! I have an idea!"
Avocato piped in. "Tell us, babe. What is it?"
"We could create a Level 4 Particle Burn. Would that work, H.U.E?"
"Calculating. Hmm. Mhmm. Ah. Yes, it would work."
"Great. While I bust out my chemistry set, how about explaining what the hell that means?!?", Gary asked.
"To sum it all up: we eject our Lightfold core and detonate it."
"You mean to tell me that your idea is to explode our Lightfold engine?!"
Everyone turned and faced me.
"Well....yeah. The explosion could destroy almost all of the incinerators, therefore letting us pass through."
.......They all smiled and nodded in agreement.
"H.U.E, eject the-!"
We heard a CHACHUNK! as the Lightfold core of the Galaxy One was launched straight at the incinerators.
"Done, Gary."
"Seriously?! I mean next time, can you WARN me first?!?"
"Gary, there is no next time."
We watched as the core was floating towards the incinerators really fasts.
"Pawblo, I hope this plan works", Wade tells me.
"Trust me. It will."
"Detonating in 3.....2.....Boomtown."
The Lightfold core exploded into oblivion, and we saw as the incinerators were taken down within the blast.
"It worked! It actually worked! Pawblo, that was-!"
"Thank me later, Quinn!"
"H.U.E, full speed toward the breach. We got a freaking hole to close."
The Galaxy One went full speed, zooming past debris and exploding incinerators.
"Is this fun? It isss! It is fun!"
We were finally in the clear. This crew was finally gonna make it to the breach and end this once and for all.
Suddenly, we saw some sort of swarm heading towards us.
"WHAT ARE THOSE?!?"
"Shields up, Gary."
A blue force field quickly formed around us.
"H.U.E, what the crap is that?!?"
"The Lord Commander's hive ships, Gary. If they eat through the shields there will be nothing left to stop them."
"How long will the shields hold?"
"Shield integrity is as 79% and dropping."
"That's like a-That's like a B minus! We're still good!"
