"Good day everyone" Miss king greeted and we greeted back. Thank God its Friday, after today no more classes, no more period bells and on top it all no more Mrs Ngozi. Speaking of period bells, I think I may start soon.

"Since I don't feel like announcing today I'll be leaving that to the Head boy" she smiled and I turned on reflex. Ash looked perplexed but soon recovered and we applauded as he mounted the stage like it was his birthright. She gracefully gave him her iPad and sat where he was sitting and I watched as she conversed with the students, mainly with the head girl sitting beside her

"Morning everyone, here are the few announcements. First of all the debate team would be leaving on Saturday to participate in a national competition as they had made the finalist, please pray for them that they may uphold the school name and make us very proud. Amen."

"Amen"

"Next week Thursday, that's 6 days from now is Valentine's Day. So men start draining your bank accounts and since it is a globally celebrated day...No School." he smiled and we all cheered. "Be properly dressed in your day wear" he quickly chipped in.

Hmm now I have to think of a cute outfit.

"Next next Saturday that is the 23rd of February is visiting Day, I'm sure your all very excited but more importantly, the PTA meeting will be held,mainly to discuss the trip abroad so make sure they have the heads up" he finalized.

"Well that's it for now,this has been morning assembly with your humble and extremely handsome Head boy Liam Noles and see y'all next time" he exited like a true reporter and we applauded as we took our seats.

"Yes truly till next time, have a blessed day kids" she waved off and we filled to our respective classes.

The weekend came and went like a breeze and its already Tuesday. Second period just started as I continued to stare at my physics teacher actually interested in what he is saying but keeps getting interrupted by text messages.

"He's been at this even before we came I'm getting frustrated at who is texting him" henry complained by my side.

"Chill maybe it's important, like he's girlfriend" I try to be positive.

"Couldn't he wait till after the class, he's girlfriend texting him can cost him his job" Fay sighed. "Sha it gives me time to sleep a little" she shrugged resting her head on the desk.

Suddenly he receives a call and guess what? He answered it.
"What note?" He questioned heading towards his table. "Ah yes I see it. Yep you left it here". " okay I'll send someone right now... Yeah no problem " he said to the person on the other side ending the call.

"Okay class who wants to do an errand for me" he grinned.

Silence

"Its just to give Mr Daniel his lesson note" he encouraged.

More silence.

"Its to a very lively class...SS3 Art"

Fear

"Fine I'll pick" he gave up scanning the room. "How about one of my lovely students...Henry who has been frowning at me"
