* Natalie's POV *
It took 5 hours but we finally finished the routine for the big game. With our school mascot front and center while our cheer captains danced beside it.
I'm yet to know who the guy or possibly girl is in that costume.
I even managed to score Ann and I a tiny moment of stardom in the dance. I'm such a good friend. Everyone was preparing one way or the other for the big game on Friday as i watched the school band practice. Turns out Caleb is like the star drummer in the school.
I also watched Henry and Favour as they practice their speech, they're the guys who comment or basically narrate during the game.
I have such cool friends
I walked to the bag I came with and bent to retrieve it when I felt hands on my bottom. I was about to give the person a dirty slap when I came in contact with my honeybun as he grinned down at me.
"Sup boo" he grinned
"Hey, don't do that I was ready to back hand you" I said making him grin more.
"Good to know" he smirked. "Just wanted to walk back with you" he said and I adored him for that.
We walked back passing school block and passing the classes for senior year. I hummed along before being dragged into a class.
"Hey! what's wrong with you" I asked patting my hair cause its now messed up and looking around to see that we're in his class.
"Nothing, come here" he said sitting on a desk and opening his arms which I gladly entered.
"Are you hungry" I asked looking up at him.
"Not really but I can really go for some desert" he said suggestively and kissed me

*James' POV *
Wednesday.... I love Wednesdays well I love every other school day too but Wednesday is special because only I alongside a few other guys don't offer 'book keeping' and science guys have a free period then too.
Walking into the next class I see everyone chatting away in several groups. Some playing games, others just being fools and leave it to Louis to be reading a book. Anyway I went to meet the circle I'm most familiar with.
"Hey guys" I greeted Elliot, Austin, Luca,Rose and Temi.
"Hey" they greeted back and I looked at Luca whom just smiled and sat beside Temi mostly because I wanted a clear view of Luca
"So what's going on" I asked.
"Nothing much, the period just started. We're just talking randomly" Temi was quick to answer.
"Good to know"
"What of Ash" rose asked.
"The last time I saw him which was a few minutes ago, he was dragging his feet upstairs for BK class" I informed.
"Poor soul" they commented.
"Hey everybody" someone yelled and we turned to see Beverley 'the hype girl'. The girl with the best smile in school.
"Who wants to play truth or dare" she beamed and people looked at each other some accepting and others rejecting.
"Well I don't care y'all would participate anyway" she smiled then motion for us to gather round.
