Summer

My first day as a sophomore.

A/N as you can tell this is my first book I have officially published. I'm not 100% sure the way American schools system work so please excuse me if I get anything wrong. And I would like to give you all a heads up that my spelling isn't all that good. so im sorry in advance.

"We can just run these red lights"

 I woke up to my alarm. 6:30am yep time to get up. All I really wanted to do was sleep. I truly loved to sleep. If it was a sport I would win.

 I was defiantly not looking forward to high school, all these new people. I liked the friends I had there was no need for me to me to make new ones.  My freshman year wasn't that bad but now I have moved school it will be different. The girls seemed to bitch more and more as you get older.

I finally dragged myself out of bed into my bathroom, did my morning ritual then headed for the back yard. By the time I had done my morning duties like feed the fish and dog. I had a 2 fish one called Stephen the other Kevin. My dogs name was Bella, She was a baby pug. the cutest thing you will ever find.  I went into the kitchen and realised mum had left a note on the counter. 'School starts at 8. The bus stop is just down the street and it comes at 7:30am. Have a fantastic first day baby girl'

 Mum always started work really early and finished early. It was now 10 past 7 so I grabbed my lunch from the fridge and put it into my back pack. Mum had made me a chicken and cheese sandwich and I had some chips too. I really did love how she made me a chicken and cheese sandwich. Once everything was packed I locked the front door and started to walk down the street. It was a really nice walk. The cool air blowing on my face.

 As I was walking to the bus stop there was this really hot guy. Dam he was hot. He seemed kind of stuck up though, just the way he walked like he owned the place and seemed like he thought he was better than everyone else. Yes, I judge very quickly. I was texting Lilly about the really hot guy when I could hear a noise. I looked up to see the bus was very close.  As i approached the bus stop I could see the bus coming down the rode. I rummaged through my bag trying to find my money. As I was rummaging through my bag a tall girl with black hair approached me.

 "Hi my name is Mel, what's yours?" The girls voice was just so perfect,Her voice was just so happy, she defiantly didn't lack confidence. "Hi eh my names is eh summer." I stuttered but managed to get the right words out. This was strange I never stuttered. I though I just must have been nervous because it was my first day. Everyone is nervous on there first day but this chick sure as hell wasn't. Well if she was she wasn't showing it.

 The whole bus ride to school Mel kept asking me questions and talking about how amazing it was going to be moving into sophomore year. I really wasn't paying attention to what this strange girl that was names Mel was talking about. Boy she could talk though. I could hardly reply to her questions she just rambled the whole time.

 As the bus pulled up to school and started letting us all off I found my way to the year 10 area thanks to Mel. She must have done freshman year at this school. I didn't really know anyone but then Mel introduced me to some of her friends. They all seemed like nice people.

 We all got our timetables and what not. Luckily Mel was in my class so that was a good start to the year I guess. We both walked into our class everyone had already met all there friends and were talking. So Mel and I decided to just sit by our selves at the back of the room.

 The next thing I know the incredibly hot guy from earlier walked into our class room and sat beside Mel. Her face right now was priceless. She looked at me the same way I looked at her. Did Mel know this really hot guy?! She was so lucky if she did.

 He was just incredible! What science lab created this "human" if you even think he's human. Seriously no one could look that hot on there first day back to school. He was tall are quit buff. He was wearing a black t-shit that was rather tight on him so it showed he's muscles.
