"Hey Baby," I leaned down to little Izu's height.

"Yes Auntie?" Izu looked at me innocently.

I held out a bottle to him, "Do you know what these are baby?"

His mouth parted, "No, Auntie."

"These will help you get better," I held the bottle. It was a regular orange bottle, filled with little blue capsules, there were also needles being shipped to the house but he doesn't need those yet.

"Is there something wrong with me?" he asked innocently.

"It's so you don't miss Kacchan so much," I put a hand on his little shoulder and smiled.

"Oh," he gasped as remembering something, "Oh I guess I do miss Kacchan." I chuckled I feel bad for this Kacchan kid it seems his feelings aren't reciprocated how he thinks they are if Izu isn't in as much pain as he could be.

"Auntie?"

I looked at him at again, not even realizing I looked away, "Yes."

"When am I going to see Kacchan again?" He squeezed the bunny I had gifted him tighter, nuzzling against the white fur.

"Soon, now run along. Your cousins are waiting," I pointed to the two girls behind him. The twins, one had black hair and overalls to match, and one had the same except with white, both with wide green eyes, wide with curiosity and impatience.

He ran off, "Oh and Izu," he turned back, "come by later so I can check up on you."

He scampered away and I turned to go find Inko. I had found out something when I was examining Izu's blood to confirm that he was an omega and its going to break poor Inko's heart.
