2017 Germany
"I just felt you."

"When are we going to get the hell out of Germany?" Katherine asked, looking over at Natasha. The two of them were laying in Natasha's bed together. The side of the Avengers who were now seen as fugitives were still hiding out in Germany. On a few occassions, Wanda and Christian would go off somewhere. Steve, Katherine and Natasha didn't care, as long as she checked in so they knew she was okay and didn't get arrested.

"Where can we go where we're not wanted?" Natasha asked.

"Nowhere, and everywhere. Anywhere we go, we have to stay underground, might as well get out of Germany." Katherine said.

"Well, maybe when you stop ignoring your husband, you guys can talk about it and then let the rest of us know." Natasha said, which made Katherine sigh.

"I'm not ignoring him." She said.

"Oh really? You've been sleeping in this room with me for about 4 months. And you've barely talked to Steve. We all noticed, but especially your kids. You want to talk about it?" Natasha asked.

"Not exactly." Katherine said.

"Well you're going to. So what happened?" Natasha asked. Katherine sighed, knowing that Natasha wasn't going to let it go. She explained everything to her. The video of Bucky killing Howard and Maria. The fight that occurred afterward, which started with Tony and Bucky and escalated into Katherine having to fight her husband just to keep him from fighting Tony.

"I feel awful, Nat. Steve's face was so. . bruised, cut, bloodied, because of me. How could I do that to him?" She asked.

"Katherine Rosalina Rogers. That man, loves you, more than anyone else in this world and I know you feel the same, so you need to talk to him." Natasha said.

"I'm not ready." Katherine responded.

"Kat. ." Natasha trailed when she noticed that she was crying. Seeing that she was very hurt about the situation. "Kat, us throwing ourselves into missions isn't going to fix it. You have to talk to him. Your kids miss their parents." She whispered.

"I know. . it's so unfair to them, but I just can't live with myself for hurting him like that. He thinks I'm staying away from him because I'm mad at him, but it's because I'm mad at myself. Nat, I hurt my husband. . I hurt him." She whispered.

Natasha only wrapped her arms around her friend and held her while she cried. She could tell that Katherine really did feel awful about what happened and she knew the only way she was going to be able to feel better would be to talk to her husband, but she couldn't force her since she said she's not ready.

"It's going to be okay, Kat. . You and Steve are the strongest couple that we all know. You two will be okay." Natasha said, rubbing her back. Katherine laid her head in Natasha's shoulder and started to cry harder. It felt like everything was surfacing for her. Being a fugitive, hurting Steve, it all felt like too much to handle.

"What if we can't come back from this?" She whispered. Natasha shook her head, while keeping her arms around her friend. She's seen Katherine cry before, but never like this. She knew it was because Katherine has never loved any man as much and as deeply as she loves Steve.

"You will. I promise you, Kat. . you will."

"Do you think my parents are going to be okay?"

Christian and Wanda laid in their shared room together. He had his arm around her, but he was looking at the ceiling. Wanda knew he was going to talk to his dad, but he hadn't said much about it in the last four months.

"What happened. . when they left with Bucky?" Wanda asked.

"Uncle Tony found them. He went there to help them. They got shown a video. Bucky, while he was still under HYDRA's mind control killed Uncle Tony's parents. . Howard and Maria. Howard was my mom's best friend. She hasn't told us much about her past, but, but I do know that Howard meant a lot to her." Christian said.

"Your parents are strong, Chris. I wouldn't worry too much about them." Wanda said. Christian leaned down and kissed Wanda's forehead, while running his fingers through her hair.

"Yeah. I'm proud of you though, you really came through." He said.

"I had complete control and didn't severely hurt anyone. You were right, I was scared of my own power. It's purely connected through my emotions, so if I lose control of how I feel. .-" Christian cut in.

". .-You're not a weapon, Wanda." Christian said.

"Chris. . you're in my head, not fair." She said. He chuckled a little, before looking down at her.

"I'm sorry, but I just hate when you think negatively about yourself and about your abilities. You're strong, Wanda. You taught my sister how to control her power, and you guys have the exact same power. So if you can help her, I know you can do it. . or maybe she can help you. Amaya loves her abilities." He said.

"I know and I'm glad she does. I just can't bring myself to have her mindset." Wanda said. With one arm wrapped around Wanda, with his fingers running through her hair. Christian grabbed her hand with his other hand and brought her knuckles up to his lips and kissed over them gently.

"I only hope that one day you'll see yourself the way I see you." Christian said.

"Which way is that?" Wanda asked.

"A beautiful, strong woman, with beautiful, strong powers. You're an Avenger, you're a hero. You're one of the best people that I've ever met in my life. You have a beautiful essence about you. .-" Wanda cut him off by leaning up and pressing her lips against his. Christian immediately responded by kissing her back, wrapping his arms fully around her.

"Thank you." She whispered. Christian gave her another kiss, before moving some of her hair behind her ear.

"You never have to thank me for anything. I'm curious about one thing though." Christian said.

"What's that?" Wanda asked.

"I remember my parents telling me, when you guys fought Ultron, that the reason you and Pietro turned against him was because when he was making Vis, you could feel what he was actually planning." Christian said, and Wanda nodded her head.

"Yeah?" She said.

"I was wondering if you could try that on me. . tell me what you feel?" Christian asked.

"Are you sure?" Wanda asked, and he nodded his head.

"Positive." He whispered. Wanda nodded her head, bringing her hand up towards his forehead. Christian watched as the red glowing energy came around her hand. As she hovered her hand above his forehead, he closed his eyes and laid his hand down on her wrist, feeling her influence take over his mind.

After a mere few seconds, Wanda pulled her hand away.

Christian opened his eyes and looked at the girl with a small smile on his face. "What did you feel?" He asked her. Wanda grabbed his hand and held it in hers, holding it close towards her heart.

"I just felt you."

Just in case you're wondering. Yes, there will be a book 2 for Wanda and Christian, and will probably heavily be based on the show that Wanda and Vision are getting on Disney+ after I see the flow of the show.
