Amna's POV

I was about to answer him.
"Aariz you there?" I heard someone saying it from his earphone.

The voice wasn't clear, due to poor signals. It was cracking in between.
He turned back, focusing on the voice while talking.

I was in my own world. Who was he? His eyes! It's so beautiful. And what were you doing amna, huh? Have some shame! I scolded myself.

I was really at the wrong place. God forgive me please! I prayed quitely that in my heart.

But no doubt he is handsome. Shut up your dirty mind.

Where are you Sajal, Hadiyaa? I am alone. I need you both. I just hope this stranger takes me to you both Ameen. I cried in my heart.

I was dwelling, tears brimming on the corner of my eyelids, but didn't let them fall. I glared at his back, contemplating whether I should run away from him, or wait for him to end his call.

Nevertheless, I did choose the first option.

I cautiously moved my step backwards, trying to fix my gaze at him for a long time. Not screwing up my last chance to go in vain. As I thought, the distance between us was sufficient and I could run for my life. He turned around and almost instantly he recognized my actions.

His lips turned into a visible O, indicating No. Daring me to make a move.

I, without another thought, ran on my left side and tried to lose him again. But to my luck as when I thought I had finally done a great job, my foot strangle in a rope.

"Ahh!" I squealed in horror, and closed my eyes. I shuddered in fear, when I felt myself flying in the air, that even when my body hit the ground it kept going down and down and then suddenly I hit the hard surface.

I couldn't hear anything. The pain in my ribs was shooting and affecting my whole body and mind enveloped my instincts. I opened my eyes and found myself in a hole. And realized it was dug up to trap animals.

I stood up and my mind went blurry for a moment, I held onto the wall beside to keep myself steady.

I looked up and noticed that I was five feet underground. My heart beat started beating fast, and the ground beneath my feet had slipped.

"Hey! Is anyone there!" I screamed, scared, hoping only for him to hear me.

"Amna!" I jumped at my place when I heard him.

With a swift my head jerked up and called him multiple times, and after a few minutes I saw him standing at the edge of the hole.

His expression cleared, but I could see clear worry in his eyes.

"You're stupid!" he said, and got immersed sideway looking for something.

I ignored him for some time, because I wanted to get out of that hole, ASAP. So I kept silent.

Soon I was climbing up holding a very harsh rope, while trying to keep my balance.

"Don't look down, just try to focus on your feet balance. Don't panic, just keep doing it. You're going well. Do you need help? " he questioned abruptly when I tripped.

I shook my head, breathless. I didn't want his help. How stupid was I thinking? Because right now, I was only relying on him.

He kept encouraging me, and it helped a lot to follow his instructions.
