As I looked straight in his chocolate-y brown eyes, I smiled. "Th-thank you. I hate crowds. I'm always pushed around."

"Heh. I get it. What's your name, young lady?"

"Veronica. Your name, old man?" I joked with him.

"Hey! I'm only 19! Anyway, my name is Dave, If you care about it." He joked.

"Of course I do! Who're your friends?" I asked, curious.

"Oh? James Hetfield and his gang. I'll show them to you some time, if you want."

In my shock, I managed to say "I-I know them!"

"Oh? Really?" He asked. I heard a rustle in the trees behind him. I looked and saw someone peeking in the trees behind, and as I looked to the guy in the trees, but as soon as I saw him, he ran away. I couldn't see him.

"What the hell was that?" I asked, as Dave turned around to look.

"I don't kn-" Dave was caught off by the bell. "Shit! We got to go to our cabins! You stay there for an hour, then we go to a bonfire. Bye!" He said, running off. For a second, I was stuck with anxiety. Then, I ran towards my cabins, opening the door and jumping on my bunk, on the top.

"Hey!" A short (about 5 foot), blonde girl with brown eyes, with her hair in a headband, and completely straight, unlike my long, curly, auburn hair. "Have you seen Diamond anywhere?"

Who the fuck is Diamond? "Uh.. no? Who is she?"

The girl snorted. "Who doesn't know her? She has the greatest vocals ever, and she has a good boyfriend, and she's real popular. Who doesn't know her?"

"Me. I don't care if I'm popular or not, or if I have a boyfriend or girlfriend, or if I have good vocals." I said, sitting up, so she can actually see me.

"Ew! You like Black Sabbath? Haven't you ever heard of Elton John?" She looked weirded out, and disgusted.

"Well, yes, I do. I respect your opinion in music, and I hope you would respect mine." I said, trying to be logical.

"But isn't, like, Metal satanic?"

You did not just fucking do that.
