We all finished our breakfast, all having a fun chat about random shit.
"ALRIGHT, CHILDREN! GO TO YOUR CABINS!" I heard a voice yelling at us, as we dumped our trays.
"We're not children." I muttered. Jason, who was next to me, chuckled.
"I'm 18, you're 17. We're full grown." He said, putting his hand on my back. "Anyways, I heard, we're going to have free play outside. I know, 'fun'. It's not that much, but it'll have to do." He said, saying that whole entire while staring nicely into my eyes. Smiling, I nodded. I wasn't excited to go outside, but I guess we have to.
Waving goodbye, I walked towards my cabin. It was extremely hot outside, so I changed into a black tanktop.
"Alrighty guys! Time to go outside! We're going to have free time outside." Sunny said, her long, messy blonde hair in her face.
Stepping outside, I was surprised by the heat. It was probably about 90 degrees, maybe 100. I walked towards my friends. "Hey, Veronica! We're going to play soccer, you wanna join?" James looked at me.
Nodding, quite loudly, I said "Hell yeah!" And joined along with them.
An hour later, it was real hot. not water, no fanning or anything. Slowly, I felt more and more tired. Then, I blacked out.
The last thing I heard was Kirk yelling "VERONICA!"
