Name: Ruby Elizabeth

Age: 43

Occupation: Caretaker at the orphanage.

Family: Widowed, no children of her own.

Who she is to Lily: The mother she never had, friend, the only one she trusted at the orphanage.

Bio: Has been working at the orphanage for almost 9 years, when Lily came along. Lily had caught her eye, and she had a feeling inside that she needed to take extra care of her. She couldn't figure out what it was, but something was special about Lily. So she'e been taking care of her since she arrived from the hospital. She was the only one who took care of her. She keeps an eye on her 24/7, yes she even takes her home at night to make sure she's safe. Lily is like the daughter she never had. She was even the one that had named her Lily Rose Mitchell. She kept her last name the same. Lily was everything to her.

Name: Veronica Smith

Age: 49

Occupation: No one knows what she does except her, and she won't tell anyone, but she makes a lot of money.

Family: Divorced, no kids of her own.

Who she is to Lily: A cruel, mean, clean freak that doesn't care about Lily. Makes her clean the whole entire house by herself, doesn't let her have a life.

Bio: Lives in a small mansion with Susan and Lily. Her parents were the same way with her when she was younger, and she's just doing what happened to her, to Lily. She got married at 20, so she could get away from her parents. She was married for 10 years, but then her husband divorced her. She never remarried, and never had kids of her own. So she decided to adopt a little girl. For her job, well she doesn't tell anyone about it. She does make a ton of money. She owns a huge house, a nice car, and has Susan as a maid and cook for her.

Name: Susan Pevensie

Age: 54

Occupation: Maid, cook, acts as a mother to Lily

Family: Widowed, has one son named Peter, but he moved away from home along time ago. Hasn't heard from him since.

Who she is to Lily: motherly, friend, someone she trusts

Bio: She works for Mrs. Smith as a maid and cook. She also takes care of Lily, she teaches her since she doesn't go to school, feeds her, baths her(when she was little), helps her with her chores. Had a husband who died 10 years ago from cancer. She has one son, named Peter, who moved away to college and then got married. Hasn't heard from him since then. She loves Lily with all her heart, and she loves to spoil her whenever she can.

Dislikes: dolls, dress up, being yelled at, getting in trouble

Family: No siblings. Parents are divorced, he used to live with him mom, but then moved to LA to become famous with Kendall, Carlos, and Logan

Likes: looking his best, singing, dancing, playing hockey, hanging with the guys, his lucky comb

Dislikes: jerks, people who insult his friends, people who threaten him with his comb, anyone who tries to hurt Lily

Bio: Has known Lily since she was four, and he was 6 years old. They grew up together until one day when he left to California with his mom to try to become famous. When he was 16, he got a role on the tv show Big Time Rush, and was able to be part of the band. He slowly starts to forget Lily, sadly. But he does have one picture of the two together at his 9th birthday party, somewhere kept safe, he just never went to go look at it again. 

Name: Kendall Knight

Age: 18

Personality: smart, nice, caring, protective, the leader, good sense of humor, is there when you need someone there

Family: mom who lives with him and his friends in an apartment, and Lily(isnt his real sister, but is like one)

Best Friends: Carlos, Logan, James, and Lily

Crush: No one yet

Likes: playing hockey with his friends, playing guitar, singing, dancing

Dislikes: when people dis his friends, jerks, haters, stuck ups, girls who try too hard and aren't themselves, people who hurt Lily

Talent: singing, playing guitar, and dancing

Bio: Moved to LA with James, Logan, and Carlos to become famous. They each got leading roles on the tv show Big Time Rush, and they all became a band.

Personality: funny, charming, sweet, romantic, random at times, hyper a lot, smart, supportive of his friends, nice

Family: parents live back in Minnesota, only child

Best Friends: Logan, James, Kendall, and Lily

Likes: hanging out with his friends, eating corndogs, wearing his helmet, singing, dancing, living life

Dislikes: people who make fun of him and/or his friends, anyone who tries to hurt Lily, people telling him to be quiet or to chill out, fakes, haters
