mackenzie woke up, sitting with a groan and blinking her eyes repeatedly. her eyes shut of her own accord, and she quickly opened them, knowing that if she nodded off again she'd never get up.
reaching for her phone, she unplugged her charger cable and let it drop to the floor. upon pressing the home button the bright white light of her home screen flooded her vision. mackenzie immediately swiped her finger down on the brightness and began navigating her way into snapchat.
tapping on an unopened snap from her boyfriend, johnny, her heart skipped a beat when she read what was written.

she clicked the home button fast, and broke out into a huge smile when she saw what alarm had actually woken her up that morning.

she got cute texts, snapchats, coffees, and even morning kisses when they stayed over at each others houses.
