His lips are so soft.

I should have done this ages ago.

One of his hands is on my waist, the other on my thigh. I push harder against his mouth and as a reflex he grips me tighter.

Honestly, this position is making my ribs ache but I cant pull myself away from him. He smells amazing and he tastes like... tastes like... sour sweets. In particular, my sour sweets.

I push back up away from him and glower at him. He doesnt even notice because his eyes are still closed and hes got this dazed look on his face. "You ate my sweets?" I ask him.

His eyes open and he grins at me, "No, I fought two bags and ate my sweets. Yours are still in my bag," he says.

A smile finds it's way to my face.

I can hear my phone buzzing and a growl rumbles through me. I stare at the screen and see Liam's name. "Ugh," I say and climb off of Quinn, "As much as I'd love to stay here and kiss you until your face falls off, I have work."

Quinn props himself up on his elbows as I run a brush through my hair and grab a pair of ripped black jeans and a red, strapless body suit. They'll go nicely with my boots.

I run into the bathroom to change so Quinn had to shout through the door, "Really? After everything that happened today, you're going to the bar?"

I struggle with the buttons on the bodysuit and then eventually get them. I love this top but fucking hell, it's a haddle to put on. Dont get me started on going to the bathroom.

"I've played hooky for two weeks already. Liam will literally kill me if I dont show up again." I leave the bathroom and see him hovering by the end of the bed.

He has his shoes on now. Is he leaving?

"Can I come with? I'll just sit at the bar and keep you company," He suggests.

If he comes then I'll be constantly worrying about him but if he stays then I'll be constantly worrying about him so I guess he should probably just come.

"Fine," I say and grab a leather jacket.

His face lights up, "Really? I didn't expect you to say yes."

I roll my eyes, "If you're going to be my boyfriend then you're going to have to get used to things like Angel's. My life isn't all dandelions and daisies like yours."

He snorts and I throw his jacket at him as it's closer to me than it is to him. "If we're lucky, no one will die tonight." I tell him with a smile.

As we walk through the doors, we're met by a massive cheer. I swing my arm back to Quinn's chest, ready to shove him back onto the street if someone decides to attack us.

But no one moves other than to lift their glasses towards me.

"We are now in the presence of royalty!" Liam shouts from the bar, "Kneel before the Queen!"

Although, no one actually kneels, they do actually move out of our way as we make our way to the bar. Quinn takes a seat in an empty bar stool and I head around the back so I can start serving drinks. "How do you know about that?" I ask Liam as everything seems to go back to its usual chaos.

He laughs, "After the last few weeks, I figured that I'd be better reading the news instead of trying to phone you to find out where you are. The appearance of three dead Petrovs in one day with 'Koroleva lives' carved into one of their chests, it kind of gave you away."

Someone actually sat down and carved that? That's a lot of letters and would have taken whoever it was a while. That's some serious dedication considering they weren't even asked to do it.

I pour one drink for Quinn and then Liam puts his hand on my shoulder. "Go sit with Quinn. Let your hair down. Have some fun. I'll handle the bar tonight."

I frown at him, "But you always say that you cant do it yourself?"

He laughs, "You better move quick before I change my mind then. Drinks are on the house as well. You deserve it after the day you've had."

I grin at him and then run around to sit beside Quinn. He smiles at me and sips at his cocktail which is mostly vodka to be honest so I dont think it even counts as a cocktail. "If you ignore the girl screaming at her boyfriend and the guy snorting something behind you, this is almost like a date," he says.

I laugh and Liam hands me a glass of what I think is whiskey. I dont ask what it is because its free so who am I to complain. I sip the dark liquid and it's definitely whiskey.

"Some date," I say, "I'm sorry that I cant take you on great dates."

He shakes his head, "What are you talking about? This is perfect."

I watch him as he grimaces at his drink. He sets it down on the bar and I swipe it into my hand. "I wouldn't put down your drink in here." I tell him and his eyes widen slightly. He looks like a lost little puppy and I love it. I lean forward and kiss him. I feel his tense body relax under my hands and he sighs as I pull away. "Why dont we head somewhere else?" I ask him.

He looks at me and I can see the relief in his eyes. This really isn't his scene. I thread my fingers in his and pull him from his stool and across the dancefloor.

I can already tell that tonight's going to be amazing.
