The next morning I woke up to the blankets being ripped off my body.

“Mm.” I groaned.

I curled up into a ball and buried my face in a pillow. I felt someone get into the bed next to me and whisper in my ear, “Wake up, beautiful.”

I smiled and opened my eyes the tiniest bit. Ronnie.

“Lie with me.”

I felt Ronnie lay down next to me and pull me close. Soon after I went back to sleep.

*Ronnie’s POV*

I looked at Olivia as she slept on my chest. She was so beautiful. I felt like the luckiest guy in the world. I could feel the steady rhythm of her breathing on my side where she was curled up next to me. Andy was lucky to have her as a sister. I was worried though. I knew how Craig felt about her and I saw the look on his face when she walked right past him at that concert. I just hoped I could hold onto her.

*Andy’s POV earlier that morning*

I looked around at everyone and noticed that Olivia wasn’t awake yet. That girl sleeps forever, but I love her to death. Just then I heard I knock on the door.

I opened it to see Ronnie with his hands in his pockets.

“Hey Andy, is Olivia home?”

“Yeah, but she’s still sleeping. You’re welcome to go try and wake her up, but don’t count on it.”

“Thanks man. It’s good to see you by the way.”

“Good to see you too.”

I let him in and told him where Olivia’s room was. After that I went back to the living room and sat down.

“Who was that?” asked Ashley, who was currently getting his ass kicked in Halo.

“Ronnie. He wanted to see Olivia.”

“Damn. He must like her a lot. They just went out yesterday.”

“As long as he makes her happy and doesn’t hurt her, I’m fine with it.”

“You really want to be a good brother, don’t you?”

“Of course I do. It’s just hard because I’ve never had to anything like this before.”

“I think you’re doing a great job, Andy.”

“Thanks, Ashley.”

*Your POV in the present*

I woke up and noticed I couldn’t breathe through my nose. I was congested and probably had a cold. Great. I looked up at Ronnie to see that he was smiling down at me.

“Good morning. Or should I say afternoon?”

“Hi.” I croaked.

“What do you say we go do something fun today?”

“Ronnie, I would love to, but I think I’ve got a cold. Maybe another day. I’m not going to be much fun coughing and sneezing the whole time.”

“Okay. Do you want me to stay and take care of you?”

I smiled, “No, I’ve got five strong men to help me get better.”

He laughed and kissed me on the forehead, “Okay. I should probably go then.”

“I’ll walk you out.”

We walked downstairs and I opened the door for him. He leaned down to kiss me, but I put a hand on his chest.
