4 Years Later

Here you are, in your graduation outfit. You puffed out air and looked at yourself in Joy's mirror, watching her giggle behind you with her new boyfriend, Charlie. He was from Australia and it kind of impressed you how he could speak fluently in five different languages. He was very kind too, he almost reminded you of your father in a sense.

"Y/N, it's a graduation, not a wedding ceremony. You look really cute," She said, playfully rolling her eyes at your antics.

"I know, I'm just... checking to see if it would fit me or not. Graduation is tomorrow." You slowly slid out of the long gown and revealed your clothes underneath. Charlie believed you were getting butt-naked in front of him and that made you laugh.

"I never would, Charlie."

Joy spoke up and wrapped her arm loosely around Charlie's shoulder. "Hey, you guys wanna get some dinner? We still have some time before curfew."

Curfew.

You were ready to graduate to get out of that stupid curfew thing.

"Yes, please!" You and Charlie both shouted.

[At Dinner]

All of you decided on Chinese food and since it was your last night as a senior in college, you wanted to enjoy this night with your roommate before you two would separate.

You were munching on your Asian teriyaki when Charlie spoke up, "What are you doing after college, Y/N?"

"I originally studied to be an journalist, but I moved on to studying about marine biology. So I guess I'd be searching for a job that deals with marine biology?" You shrugged your shoulders and you scooped up rice on your spoon, popping it in your mouth.

"No, I mean with Jungkook. Are you two going to stay together and get married and have—"

"No! We're still a couple and we're still figuring things out, leave us be, you twat!" You reached over and tapped him on the head with your spoon.

All Joy did was laugh and then the three of you went to get ice cream.

Afterwards, Charlie and Joy insisted on you coming with them to the amusement park, but you wanted a good rest for tomorrow.

You sighed softly and walked on the beach, letting the sand run through your little toes lifelessly. You were going to miss the beach nearby your college, though.

When you looked at the beautiful blue ocean, you saw a familiar guy sitting by the shore, watching as the waves toppled over each other.

You quietly walked up behind him and since he hadn't noticed you yet, you took him by the shoulders and gave him a shake.

He breathed out of his mouth and held his heart like it was the last thing he had. "Geez, Y/N! You need to stop scaring me like that, I'm serious."

You laughed and stood next to him on the shore, also watching the deep ocean, wondering how far it goes and how many countries it flows to.

"What are you thinking about over there?" Jungkook tugged at your shirt and you looked over at him with a bright smile.

"I'm just thinking random things." You said, but his face was unreasonable.
