"Hey, Y/N." Jisoo flashed a smile at you and gave you a wave. You waved back and took your seat next to her. As you were pulling out your books and pens to get prepared for class, you felt someone poking at you. You turned around. "Hm?"
"I heard there's going to be a class trip to the mountains." She said.
You froze. A class trip? For what? We just started school.
"It's pretty shocking, right? I thought our first year would be noses in books, but I guess I was wrong." She chuckled and played with the cap of her pen.
"It's probably a freshman gathering. I mean, we are new?" You nodded and started to think of all the possible reasons as to why you guys were going on a trip to the mountains.
"Alright, class! Turn your books to pages 345 and we'll start from there." Your professor said.
You rummaged through your bag and found your textbook. You let out a breath and placed it on your desk and turned to the page your professor demanded.
"So before we start, I have something to talk to you all about—" Before the professor could go on, the door slammed open and a rushing Jungkook came in with beads of sweat all over his face.
"Jungkook? You know I don't like when my students are late for class. Did you forget that you're in college, not high school anymore?" The professor wrapped his hands around each other and waited for excuses to come out of Jungkook's mouth.
"Sorry, I woke up late and my mom took the car without waking me up to take me to school. I ran all the way here as fast as I could!" He rested his hands on his knees and breathed heavily.
You couldn't help but chuckle. He did look a little cute if you had to admit. Wait, cute?! You thought to yourself.
"Please take your seat." He motioned over to Jungkook's seat in front of you.
As he was walking over to you, you hid your laughter and kept your nose in your book. You could feel his slight glare on you, though.
[Cafeteria]
"Hey, Y/N! Over here." You heard a familiar girl call your name and you turned to look at who it was. Jisoo. You walked over with your tray and sat down in an empty seat. Jisoo wasn't alone. "Hi..." You gave a smile and nodded your head forward.
"Y/N, this is Jennie, Lisa, and Rosè. Jennie, Lisa, Rosè, Y/N." Jisoo clapped her hands together as if she made an accomplishment.
"Hi!"
"You're so pretty!"
"I'm digging the style."
You smiled brighter after hearing all of those compliments although sometimes you didn't believe in them.
"Thank you, I really appreciate it!" You said.
"So tonight we're going out, for the, you know, party? Do you still want to come with us?" Jisoo said, taking a bite out of her salad that was drenched in ranch.
"Of course! I'm not busy or anything. I'd love to." You took a bite out of your sandwich and started to get to know all of the girls a bit better to clear up the awkwardness.
[Dorm]
"Please don't tell me you're going out tonight." Joy said with a pouty look. "I don't want to be left alone on a Friday night."
"Then go to the cafè. There's a lot of people there and then you won't feel alone." You said jokingly.
"You know what I mean." She glared at you and you just patted her head. "Then do you want to come with me?"
"A party? No way. I don't linger around those types of things." She moved away from you and you just shook your head. "Beats me."
[Party]
After Jisoo picked you up along with the girls, you all arrived at the party. The music was blaring and others were sandwich dancing. You told Jisoo that you were going to go get something to drink.
As you asked for a water bottle over the counter, you heard a guy mumbling behind you.
"Well if you don't look sexy." You furrowed your eyebrows and turned around only to be trapped in the arms of Jungkook.
