*Neville's Point of View*

We were all at the burrow. Amethyst wore a plain, tight black dress. She looked beautiful, as always. I wanted to talk to Narcissa and Draco. So I tried to track them down at the party. Amethyst had already ran off to find Hermione and Ginny.

Ron had loud music and so many people were there. I found Narcissa and Draco talking in a corner.

"Hello Ms. Malfoy, Draco." I said.

"What can we do for you, Longbottom?" Draco asked. He still called me Longbottom.

"Could I talk to both of you outside? Please?" They looked at each other, then nodded. I led them outside to in front if the burrow.

"Well, Longbottom? What is this all about?" Draco said, getting impatient.

"Um, well, I wanted to ask you something, Ms. Malfoy-"

"Please, call me Narcissa." She said smiling. Draco took a sip of the butter beer he had in his hand.

"Well, uh... Draco, Narcissa... It would mean a lot to me, if I had your blessing, to marry Amethyst."

Draco spit out his butter beer in shock, it almost hit Narcissa.

"Draco! Such manners!" Narcissa said, dodging the drink.

"Excuse me, Longbottom? You... You want to m-marry Amethyst?" He said, wiping his mouth.

"Yes. I love her with all my heart and I want to be with her for the rest of my life. She only values the opinion of you two. Please..." I pleaded. They both look shocked. I couldn't blame them.

"Neville, it would be an honor to have you a part of our family. I would love to have you marry our Amethyst." Narcissa said, hugging me.

Draco sighed. "I already made it very clear from the day you two got together that if you hurt her, you would pay. I want Amethyst to be happy. To have a good life. I want her to bring pride to the LeStrange name. You make her happy, so I allow you to marry her. But I won't go back on my promise."

"Thank you..." I said, smiling.

I just wanted her to be mine.

Forever.
