See you again

*Neville's Point of View*

Harry, Ron, Draco, Hermione and everyone told me a plan to have me see Amethyst again and I agreed. But she couldn't know.

"What are you doing here?" She asked me, half angry, half hurt.

She looked beautiful in her pink dress. It had been hard living in the apartment with out her.

"I... I wanted, I needed, to see you..." I said

"Well I didn't want to see you. Why aren't you off snogging Hanna?" She spat, crossing her arms.

"I told her to stay away from me."

"Rubbish."

I looked around at everyone. Ron, Lavender, Blaise and Luna were off dancing, leaving us with Hermione, Draco, Ginny and Harry.

"How about we do some shots?" Ginny suggested. And we all nodded in agreement. "Let's do... Two truths and a lie! I'll go first. The wedding date is this July, I had a crush on Draco my first year and I first thought Lavender was annoying."

Harry, Hermione and Amethyst thought it was the one about Draco was the lie, Draco and I guessed the wedding date for Harry and Ginny.

"It was the wedding date, it's in June." She said, smiling as Harry, Hermione and Amethyst drowned their shots. "Neville, your turn."

"I have a fear of tight spaces, I have never aced a test, and I have never stopped loving Amethyst." I said. They all thought for a minute. "I aced a test in Charms once." Amethyst and Ginny drowned their shots.

"Let's dance, Harry!" Ginny said, pulling Harry to the dance floor.

"May I have this dance?" Draco said, bowing to Hermione. She laughed and took his hand, leaving Amethyst and me alone.

"Did you really mean what you said?" She asked quietly.

"Yes, every word."

She looked at the ground and blushed.

"Will you dance with me?" I asked, taking her hand. She nodded and I walked with her to the center of the dance floor. I placed my hands on her waist and she wrapped her arms around my neck.

"Neville... I miss you, but I can't do this..."

"Do what?"

"Pretend that things are normal, cause they aren't."

"You're right. They aren't. I haven't been able to sleep without you by my side, I can't eat with out you being on the other end of the table. I can't live without you, Ame... I love you...." My words were sincere and I could tell they touched her.

"Neville, I-" She began but I cut her off and pressed my lips to hers. I thought that she would push me away or stamp on my foot or something, but instead she kissed me back. I held her closer to me so our entire bodies were touching.

We pulled away, our foreheads touching. I heard cheers and turned around to see everyone from the bar. Ginny and Lavender were screaming on top of bar counters, others were in seats or standing.

"I still love you, Ame, forever and always."

She smiled and I walked with her back to the bar.

"Are you guys together?" Hermione asked happily.

We nodded and I held her hand.

"Ame? I have something to ask you." I said. She gave me a confused look. I pulled the engagement ring box from my back pocket and got down on one knee. Her eyes widened and filled with tears. I opened the box to show the diamond ring.

"Amethyst LeStrange," I said. "When I first saw you, I knew you were beautiful and amazing, but it wasn't until later that night that I realized you were the girl for me. I love you with all my heart and I would go through hell and back if it meant I would get to be with you. So will you, Amethyst LeStrange, marry me?"

I stared at her as her lips curled into a smile.

"Yes... Yes! YES!" She yelled, I slid the ring on to her finger and spun her around, passionately kissing her. She wrapped her legs around my waist and I deepened the kiss. She tangled her fingers in my hair

"Yes... Oh yes." She moaned. I lifted her up by her arse and she wrapped her arms around my neck.

"Okay! Okay! That's enough! We get it your in love! Now please stop!" Draco yelled, looking repulsed. Amethyst smirked, aggressively kissed me and I caught myself groaning. She started grinding against me and we both moaned.

I had missed her so much.
