"I knew Narcissus sounded familiar to me." You said, adjusting the collar of your orange garbs.

You placed your hands in your pockets, fiddling with some junk you picked up along the way. One of these was a pointed rock, which you thought could be made useful.. and a rubber band, which you planned to fix your attire with.

You pulled out the rubber band, and started fidgeting with it while walking.

"Tiberius's history is hands down, one of the most fascinating things I have ever read about." You added.

Jack looked as though he wanted to say something, but quickly closed his mouth once again. You noticed.

Tiberius did too, but did not noticeably react. You figured it must not have been important anyway..

"So, Jack..."

Jack stared in your direction, curious. You continued.

"What is your life like? Do you have any hobbies?" You asked, a bit too enthusiastically.

He rubbed his chin, presumably thinking. You figured he deserved a break from unusual questions, considering the uncomfortable position he'd put himself in. Although he had proven himself tolerable, whether or not he could be trusted was also considerably important.

Jack finally spoke up.

"I like creating things. Things that would not normally be able to exist, per se."

You cocked a brow. What does he mean by "Not normally be able to exist?"

"I could create weapons from books, movies, Video games, and pretty much anything! Though I preferred creating simple gadgets and gizmos that don't follow natural law. Not so much that they're classified as a skip, but enough to toy around with. You know?" He added.

"Could you create pretty much anything?" You asked.

Jack crossed his arms, and fiddled around with his amulet.

"Not anything, but a lot of cool stuff. Wanna request something? Go ahead; shoot."

You thought for a second. You couldn't remember much from before the foundation, but you could attempt making something up..

"How about.. a video game that can physically affect normal reality?" You suggested.

Jack nodded. "Like a life game, but altering actual existence instead of a simulation?"

"Yeah! Why not? I think it'd be cool." You added.

Jack snickered quietly to himself. You furrowed your brows in confusion and looked in his general direction.

"What?"

Jack smiled. "You're talking about Sburb."

"Sburb? What the hell is that..?" You asked, squinting your eyes.

"You know, Sburb. The game from Homestuck?" Jack asked.

You had no clue what he was babbling on about. Homestuck? Sburb? What in the absolute ass was all this?!

"Even after being doped up with tons of amnestics, I'm fairly sure I've never heard of that in my life." You responded.

AN: I'm sorry for the really short chapter. I was desperate to get something out, and let you guys know that I'm not dead. I've been gone for a few months, due to things I'd prefer not to talk about. I'll be updating this story tomorrow, so stay tuned!

2nd AN: Accidentally posted this as "Chapter Yeet". You're welcome ;_;
