Somebody That I Used Know

Once upon a time not long ago, I'm only kidding it was 9 years ago, I entered the 2007 Diva Search, thousands of girls tried out in this competition and I didn't think I would get as far as I did but where I came impressed me.
I was there with my twin sister Taryn about to introduce myself in 2007 to the judges, that was one of the most scariest moments of my life so let's get to it, this is what happened in 2007....
Todd: "What are your names?"
Me: "Hi I'm Tina"
Taryn: "And I'm Taryn"
Todd: "Why are you both here today?"
Me: "To win I guess"
Taryn: "Yeah I think that's the main reason"
Todd: "What would you both like to get out of this?"
Me: "For people to see us as who we are and not what we are, we are here to be an inspiration to Women not just in the United States of America but to the rest of the world"
Todd: "What happens if one of you go home and the other goes through to the competition?"
Me: "That won't happen surely"
Todd: "Good luck"
Well what happened next?
Of course we both got through.
Why wouldn't we?
Both Taryn and I ended up in the finals unlike the other twins the previous year Nicole and Brie they never made the finals that previous year but they still received contracts and we believe that if they can do it so can we.
We can do this and I know we can, there's so many amazing women and we got lucky enough to be in the Top 8, being in the Top 8 is such an achievement and I am so greatful for that moment and so was Taryn.
I didn't expect that year to come so quickly, we have competition in front of us and moments and moments in time we made the Top 4 and I was shocked, so was Taryn I thought we would have been sent home by now up until this moment....
