Carrie Sayer, Andrew Wyatt, Leah Kane, Ryan Ash, and Simon Fox leaving group breakfast at Pancake Monday morning before filming.
HBO executive producer of the docu-series, Trevor Hale, answered questions on the cast, "We are extremely lucky and excited to be working with such talented young actors. The goal of casting the iconic roles was to find a cast with undeniable chemistry." It's obvious the young cast are not just co-workers, but a really close-knit group. Acting coach Karen Yates, owner of the Young Actors Studio stated, "The entertainment business is cutthroat, and to see younger actors growing up and forming a support system with each other is so refreshing." A fellow student at the Young Actors Studio actress Hailey Dietz, CW's Crash and Burn states, "HBO picked the perfect cast for the remake series. I know the group from acting class, most of us have been studying together with Karen (Yates) for years. We're like one big family!"
*Move over Brat Pack...meet the Wolf Pack!*
The cast of HBO's docu-series has a wild side. Leaving the studio lot Friday night, Leah Kane, Ryan Ash, and Simon Fox photographed together hugging, jumping, holding hands, and howling like wolves. Sources say the actors are "extremely close" and "love to let loose" when not filming. Rumors that the Wolf Pack host parties in the woods and howl at the moon are just some of the many stories buzzing around Hollywood.

Sitting at Pancake Monday morning the five of us passed around articles. Us Weekly, People, and Star.
"The Wolf Pack!" Leah sang, picking up Star.
"The series is not even out yet...this is ridiculous." Andrew said, sipping his coffee.
"A project getting this much hype before it airs is really good," Carrie said, looking through People.
"The shot of us all leaving Pancake is pretty cool," I said, the Us Weekly opened in front of me.
"Yeah, HBO is going to love that." Leah agreed.
"We look like a teen mafia." Simon joked.
We left Pancake, and walked to the studio, followed by paparazzi.
"Wolf Pack!"
"Is it true you howl at the moon?"
Leah began to howl, and we all joined in. Laughing we left the paparazzi, at the studio gates and began our first day of filming the movie.
