Chapter 36

4 1/2 days.......

I ran up too Zack, still crying after about 5 minutes composing myself, which didnt work so i just went to him anyway. 

"im so sorry" i whispered as i rested my head in the crook of his neck. 
"you dont need to be." he said into my ear gently. 
"okay, but i am and i love you. you can fight this, you can." i said mostly to myself but also to him. he lead me to the car as we drove to some beach near the sight we were just at. it had a cute little cabin which was Zacks godparents holiday home and he can use it.

"you can always tell me stuff okay?" i asked
"yeah, i know, its hard to you know" yeah i do know. i mean when i was little i was basically riddled with drugs in me as when my mother was pregnant with me she still took drugs which ran through her siystem into me. but im clear now. no one knows but i dont think anyone will. 
"yeah...." i said sitting on the bed in the cabin. its so cosy and yeah.
"this is your home for the night, we can go back home tomorrow." he said gestering around the room.
"sure." it is now 8:30PM and im not really hungry. should i be? na im used to it.....

Zacks POV

its now 4 3/4 days. i dont know what to do. ive told jessie everything and i want to giver her something but i dont know when. ill leave it for her. i dont want to leave her alone, she wont have anyone. especially if i go. the doctor said its an Estimated guess on how long. but he just said that to make me feel better. i for most of my life have accepted dying, until now. i have everything in my life, i never thought i would have. she is such a big part of my llife and i dont think i can just leave her. but people say 'when your time is right you will know and you will then be in a better place' but will i? my father, the one who left me and my siblings will be there. i dont think i can forgive him. but i will see my mother. i guess thats good. apart from leaving Jessie.

"want any food?" i asked looking in the mini fridge in my godparents holiday cabin.
"na im good" she said looking at the sky view window. 
"you need to eat princess" i said trying to persuade her as she does need to eat.
"na im good" she said again.
"why?" i asked looking at her as she sat up
"im not hungry" she said simply. 
"pull your sleeves up priincess..." i asked as i walked over to her. she did what i asked for and looked away.

i examined her scarred wrists and saw new ones. 
"why baby?" i asked kissing her wrists gently.
"i didnt want to lose you." she said bearly audible. 
"you dont need to do this, though" i said sadly
"they call me, it doesnt even hurt. im used to it, dont worry about it or me" she said looking at me now and pulling her sleeves down.
"b-but"
"no, im fine dont worry" she said back. well okay. i dont know what to do. 

"i think im going to hit the hay?" she said more asking
"yeah me too." i answered back.
"night baby girl I Love You!" i said as i crawled into bed.
"I Love You prince"

and thats all i remember.

Jessie POV

i went to bed last night and fell straight asleep, same as Zack. i woke up on his chest but it wasnt the same normal rythym of breathing he normally has. it was slower, like every minute almost. 

"Zack!!" i sat up and shoke him a little, but got no reply. how can this happen it isnt even 5 days, its now 3 and a half. it cant happen. "Zack!" i shouted and this time started to cry. this really cant happen.

"Zack please" i said trying to be audible. 


"hello how can i help?" 
"ambulance please" 
"what is the emergancy?" 
"my boyfriend has lukemia, and wont wake up, hes breathing though!" 
"okay, whats the destination" 
"i dont know, he took me here for a trip/holiday thing and i dont know"
"okay just stay on the phone we will track it."
"okay"
"destination has been found so they will be with you as soon as possible."
"okay thankyou"

they were fast, they came fast. i just dont know whats happening.

Hospital 2 Days later

"hello? madam?" a paremedic said.
"yes?" i said getting up from the hospital waiting room chair.
"i understand you are Zack Hemmings Girlfriend is that correct?" 
"yes, yes that is correct." so i didnt say. Zack is in a Coma....
"well as you know Zack has fallen into a coma-" see? "-and we have some news..."
