The Faithless One [EDITING]

Eight.

For the rest of that day I was checked over, what felt like a hundred times and then I was aloud to go. I had to walk the rest of the way to school, cause what's his name? urmmm Jack? No Zack, well he had to shoot. I don't know where he went but literally when I was in the ambulance he went....

I missed the first 3 lessons so when I got there it was lunch. I went in the cafeteria and grabbed some food. I'm starving. When I payed I went over too where my best friend was sitting.

"Hey!" I said as she got up to hug me. As she did I yelped in pain and she stepped away.

"Sorry! What happened? Why were you not here in English?" She asked.

"I had a little accident...." I said dragging out accident.

"What? How?" Thats when I caught a glimpse of someone familiar walking past, they didn't stop but I wanted to know who it was.

"Well I was daydreaming like normal and I had a car crash. I was checked over like 100 times and this boy who goes to this school helped and stayed with me...." I said looking round the cafeteria.

"Did you catch his name?" My nosey friend asked. But I answered. She had to know and I needed to find out more about him. She knows all the gossip so she must know.

"Jack? No wait I think it was Zack?" I said unsure... I was half conciouse when he said it.

"Zack! No way? He's the baddest boy here!!!! He is part of Ashton's group. No one sees him or talks to him!! He helped you?" She said in shock and she looked so paleish?

"Yep I did." A low Australian accent came from behind us. That's when we both turnt around.
"Who wouldn't help someone this beautiful?" He said pointing to me. Wow! I am not pretty.... Am I?

My friend who's name is Alex didn't say anything, she just watched and her mouth was open in shock? She just watched his every move.

"Yeah thanks for that" I said turning back around to eat my lunch. It may of seemed that I was mesmerised by him earlier but I wasn't thinking straight who would? Zack didn't reply to that but I felt the bench go down, the table lowered from someone sitting on it. I didn't look up but I knew it was him.

"What the hell..." I whispered and shouted at the same time.

"What?" Alex and Zack said in unison. I looked up at both of them and Alex was giving Zack an evil glare. Then she looked at me in worry same with Zack. I didn't say anything else all I did was wipe my neck first and looked at my hand. My hand was red. Bright red. Thick with blood. I didn't speak and I went into blackness. I couldn't see anything I could feel myself being picked up bridal style and I could hear what they were all doing. I was shutting down.

"Your her friend right?" Zack said frantically.

"Yea I'm Alex her Best! Friend" She made sure 'best' stood out.

"Well run ahead and make medical call an ambulance. I know what's happening.... Its happened before" He said the last part shyly.

I didn't hear Alex reply but I heard loud footsteps getting fainter.  But then I heard his voice.

"Its okay. It's gonna be fine just keep breathing and you'll be fine, please? I can't lose you...." Woah.... Pause!!!! What? Why can't he lose me. Suddenly I felt my arms move. No one was touching them but they moved. One wrapped round his neck and the other placed my hand on his.

"Jessie! You moved! Wake up for me... Please? We all need you to wake up. I'm going with you to the hospital. I'm staying this time." He said frantically whilst his pace quickened.

I hate going black. You can't see anything you can't move and all you can do is hear. Your body basically shuts down. Its horrible.

"Jessie what's up?" I don't know? I can't feel anything Zack!

" Your back keeps arching like your coughing but nothings happening." Really? I can't feel a thing! Wow! I hate this!
