Chapter-18

Meliodas P.O.V

When I woke up Elizabeth was all cuddled up next to me. Once she woke up be both got ready and left for school. She was nervous cause she hasn't talked to Gelda since they fought. She was scared. I told her it would be fine and got her to calm down slightly. Once we reached the school gates she stopped.

"Hey it's okay. I'm betting she's worried about and just wants to make sure your okay. She was very sad and angry at herself for making to cry. Calm down, take a few deep breathes first." I said. I saw her take some deep breathes and she held my hand tightly. "You ready?" She nodded. We walked to the tree and once we saw Gelda and zeldris coming. Gelda ran and tackled Ellie into a hug.

"I'm so so so so so sorry, I didn't mean to say that. It just slipped out of my mouth. I hate myself for the way I made you feel. Please forgive me.  Please don't hate me. I want to make this right. I promise I won't ever do this again. I'm extremely sorry and I don't want us to fight again. I hate it when we do. I was so worried when you ran off, I'm glad that Meliodas found you and took you to his house. I'm truly sorry." Gelda cried. Ellie was in some shock but had a smile on her face. Everyone else arrived and we all watched the seen unfold.

"Hey, Gelda it's okay. I forgive you. It's fine. I know you didn't mean it and I hate when we fight too. I'm sorry for yelling at you. I could never hate you, you are my best friend, your like the sister I never had. It's okay." She said. They both pulled away and smile at each other.

"Thank you, Elizabeth." Gelda said.

"Now lets get to class." Ellie said and we all walked to class. We sat down talking waiting for the teacher.

"So what did you guys do yesterday?" Diane asked.

"Oh me and Mel went on a date." Ellie said with a slight blush on her face.

"Oww where did you g-" Diane was caught off by a loud slam coming from the teachers desk.

"Alright class we have some things to discuss. First we have a field trip tomorrow. We're going to a resort 10 hours away from here, be at school by 5:30am so we can leave. Second, we have a new student in our class." He said and Motioned for a person to come into the class. A guy walked to the front of the class.

"Hello, my name is Mael. I hope we can all get along." He said. I then heard gasp beside me. I turned around to see Ellie shaking with fear written all ever her face. She looked terrified. I could tell she was holding her breathe. The whole class was now looking at her.

"Ellie breathe." I said. Gelda looked really worried about her and looked at the Mael dude with anger. Ellie was shaking even more now. I put my hand on her cheek so she was looking at me and I lightly blew some air on her face. She then started to breathe with heavy breaths.

"Meliodas take her out of the class now and go outside to the 3rd doors." Gelda said and I nodded. "Mr. Hendrickson Meliodas is going to take Elizabeth outside since she isn't feeling very well." She said. He nodded. "We'll be there soon." She said to me and I took ellie outside. Once we were at the 3rd doors we went and sat down on the grass, leaning against the school wall. I had Ellie on my lap and she was crying her face was in the crook of my neck. She was gripping my shirt tightly and still shaking.

"Hey, shh. It's okay. I'm right here. Your safe." I whispered while stroking her hair. After a while she stopped and I could hear some soft snoring. She was asleep. This guy must be bad business if he can make her scared this much without being next to her. He must have done something very bad.

"Meliodas, Elizabeth." I heard Gelda shout from the door. She was with the rest of the sins and zeldris.

"Over here." I said. They waved and came and sat down next to us. We were in a somewhat circular shape.
