Chapter-40

~two months later~

Meliodas P.O.V

It had been two months since we found out Elizabeth was pregnant and it's been an emotional roller coaster. We decided that me and her would go to the first semester of college, she wanted to be a nurse and I wanted to be a police officer, same with Ban. Elizabeth has been a little hard to deal with but I don't mind, me and her still live in Geldas house with zeldris but we're planning to love out very soon, in the next month or so. Since were gonna have a kid we need our own space.

Elizabeth has been throwing up at least once a day sometimes two, shes been so tried from being kept up at night, she'll get these dizzy spells, her appetite has grown a lot so she eats a lot more. She acts like a kid and could be happy once second but the next she's bawling her eyes out, it's a little hard to deal with but I'm able to calm her down pretty quickly, then she'll tell me what's wrong and it's normally nothing serious. Like Ban cooked her eye like her would normally want it but she had a little breakdown saying she wanted different eggs.

Later in the day she realized what she did and apologized to Bam right away which we all laughed at cause it wasn't the first time, but what worries me is Mael. I knew some of the others have noticed but I don't think Elizabeth has cause we've been trying not to cause her any stress as much as possible, with school she's a little stressed but nothing too bad. With Mael though, he goes to the same school we do and there's one class that Elizabeth has by herself, that I want her to and from but I know Maels in that class since she told me. But in th classes that I have with her he just happens to be in all of them and I know that's not a coincidence.

He likes to stare at her, like the whole class, and I've seen him fling notes at her but I've always made sure that she hasn't seen any, I don't think she knows that he throws them and I want to keep it that way. He's always tried to talk to her but me and the others shot that down right away as soon as we saw Elizabeth shaking. With her emotions all messed up she get scared really easily now, sometimes the slightest movement scares her, sometimes Ban will yell at me and whatever like normal and she'll hide behind me.

Gelda loves to scare her but we had to stop that two weeks ago because Elizabeth would lock herself in the bathroom sobbing for a good hour. Gelda felt really bad but we said it was okay and she would forget about it tomorrow, horror movies were really hard to watch now. She was scared before but this was on a whole new level, we had watched a movie that Jon of us had seen and it had rape in it and that was a complete disaster. She ended up having a panic attack thinking Mael was here, she thought I was him and the only person who could touch her was Elaine until she realized who we were.

Ban and king were auguring because Ban and Elaine has sex;which wasn't the first time, but King got really angry, They had woken Elizabeth up from her nap on the couch and that scared her, because Ban had slammed the door to the kitchen, again that didn't go well, she had another panic attack. So now we never yell around her and this week;it's now Friday, has been pretty peaceful. We don't want her to have a miscarriage so as long as she's happy we're all happy, but right now it's peaceful.

I walked upstairs to my room, we had just come home from college and I was grabbing something to eat Well Elizabeth went upstairs to go get changed, but when I opened the door she was sobbing on her bed in a ball. I immediately ran over sitting next to her, "Hey hey what's wrong?"

"T-the n-note" She said burying her face in my chest, I wrapped an arm around her before looking around the bed and I saw a little white piece of paper, which I quickly grabbed and read it.

Dear, My lovely Elizabeth

I just want you too know how much I've missed you, everything about you, your smile, lips, body, hair, when cry from fear, when you screamed my name and cried begging me to stop. I would love to see you again but that stupid demon and his friends have kept you away from me, but that's gonna stop now.

I love for you to meet me at the beach we went too on our second date at 7:00pm Tomorrow, it's not to far from here, about 30 minutes you know that place, when I kissed those lovely lips for the first time, oh it was so wonderful.

If you don't show up I will kill that little disgusting, monster that's growing inside of you at the moment. You know that one you conceived with that Demon, I don't like that you did that, dear, you should have had a child with me.

I crushed the note in my hand stuffing it in my pocket before pulling Elizabeth into my lap keeping her close to me. I gently stroked her hair well whispering sweet words into her ear to call her down. I then placed little kisses on her neck to help, and I noticed she was starting to calm down. "Hey,it's okay, he isn't going to hurt you, we won't let him" I reassured her, whispering softly into her ear.

"H-he said-said That h...he was going t-to kill.. our-our ba-by" she choked out as more tears came running down her cheeks damping my shirt even more but I didn't really care.

"No he won't, we won't let that happen, your gonna be okay, we won't let him near you or any of us." I said pulling her head back so I could look at her. I gently used the pad of my thumb and wiped her tears away off her pale cheeks, "please don't cry, you know I don't like it when you do, we're gonna get passed this, but I don't want you to be stresses out right, it can hurt the baby. I know your scared and worried but try not to think about it."

"I-I....d-don't want out baby to d-die" she looked at with pleaded eyes as she pulled her shirt up to reveal her small bump, it wasn't too big yet by it was growing a little faster then a normal pregnancy. I placed my hand on her bump then gave her a kiss on the forehead wiping the remainder of her eyes.

"It won't, we're all gonna keep you too safe, so let's get off this topic for now and we'll talk to the others later, I was wondering have you thought of any names yet?" I asked her eyes almost immediately lighting up as she smiled nodding her head.

"I came up with two, one boy and one girl, did you think of any?" She asked as I chuckled smiling at her very adorable face then pecked her nose.

"Of course I have, but I want to hear yours first" I said placing my forehead on hers.

"Well I think I like Abigail or Liam?" She said and I really liked the name Abigail. "What about you?"

"If you'd like to know, I thought of Tristan and milly." I said mad I noticed her eyes lite up at the name Tristan. "You like Tristan don't you?" I asked making her blush and nod her head as she then yawned and leaned into me. I chuckled and leaned back on the bed so I was laying down slightly with her laying on my chest. She buried her head in my neck cuddling into me with her legs intertwined with mine, "go to sleep, I'll wake you Later for dinner" I said and get nodded nuzzling herself into me, i ended up watching her until Gelda called us down for dinner.
