Chapter-28

Two weeks later

Meliodas P.O.V

It's Sunday morning and I woke up in our bed alone. I was lonely so I got up and got dressed for the day, exited the room and descended down the stairs. I heard the tv on in the living room so I made my way in there to find Ellie laying on the couch. I went over and bent down in front of her.

"Morning" I said and she looked at me but I could see pain written all over her face. She was wearing a purple dragon onesie.

"Morning" she mumbled quietly while I put my hand on her cheek getting her to look me in the eye.

"You alright?" I asked knowing she wasn't okay but I still asked. She shook her head. "What's wrong?" I asked stroking her cheek gently with two of my fingers.

"It's hurts" she whispered holding her stomach and I noticed what was wrong.

"Cramps?" I asked and she nodded. "You want some Advil?" I then asked which made her nod again. "I'll be right back" I said and left to go to the kitchen I came back with the meds and a glass of water. She sat up, well I sat beside her giving her the water and Advil. I rubbed her back as she took it. "Where's Gelda and zel?" I asked.

"There out and said they would be back later" she whispered quietly which made me move over and I gave her a kiss on the top of her head.

"You wanna lay down some more?" I asked and she nodded laying back down. I laid behind her unzipping her onesie a little so I could place my hand on her stomach, my other hand holding my head up so I could see the tv. "That better?" I asked.

"Yeah, thanks" she whispered quietly.

"Anything for my princess" I spoke in a whisper as I moved my head to her neck snuggling it, then started to give her butterfly kisses lazily down her neck. I knew doing this would distract her from the pain which is what I wanted. I then started to nibble her neck a little which made her give a small moan and I smirked, moving to her ear. "Someone likes that~" I teased and started to suck on her earlobe which made her moan a little louder. We stayed like that for a little while before it was late afternoon.

"Can you make me some toast please?" She asked shyly and I smiled at her giving her a peck on the lips.

"Of course" I said then rubbed her back before getting up and then went to the kitchen. I got out the bread and put it in the toaster, waited until it was ready, then buttered it and cut it into smaller pieces. I walked back over to my love and sat down beside her as she sat up.

"Thank you" she whispered giving me a kiss on the cheek and I gave her a smile. She started eating and I stole one small piece from which made her pout. I chuckled and she ruffled my hair. "What am I gonna do with you?"

"Love me" I said.

"That's true" she giggled. Then we went back to watching tv.

Elizabeth's P.O.V

We were still cuddling on the couch and Meliodas was being really sweet today, I enjoyed the day with him even if I was in pain. He was there to help and make me feel better. I just love him so much. Soon the front door opened and voices could be heard.

"Hey were home" Gelda called out as they walked into the living room.

"Hey" Mel said.

"You guys did this all day didn't you?" Zeldris asked and we both nodded.

"Wanna watch with us?" I asked.

"What are you watching?" Gelda asked her and Zeldris sitting on the other couch.

"Were about to put on MAMA" Meliodas said with a smirk as I shivered not wanting to watch it, but he was able to convince me.

"How did you convince Ellie?" Gelda asked.

"I gave a reward" Mel's smirk got bigger as I blushed big time remembering what he said and the other two smirked.

"L-let's just watch the movie" I whispered and they all agreed.

We all just watched movies the rest of the night and had dinner as well. It was now nighttime and I was getting ready to get in the bath. I was looking in the mirror just wearing my bra and underwear. I was looking at all the scars I have. I'm just so ugly, how does Meliodas even like me. As I was staring at myself, I soon felt two arms wrap around my waist and a chin on my left shoulder. I already knew who it was even though the guess wasn't very hard.

"You are beautiful, and I know that you don't think the but you are, amazing,wonderful, talented, smart, brave, kind and so much more that I can't even begin to describe." Meliodas whispered into my ear lovingly, then turned me around to face him. He grabbed my arm with on hand his other still on my waist. He kissed the scars where I cut myself. "This does not define who you are, you've been through so much and I wish I could take away that pain, I honestly do. Please don't think that you are worthless or useless, because we all love you so much, Okay."He then whispered to me and I nodded.

"Thank you Meliodas, I really don't deserve you." I whispered and he smiled then kissed my upper lip, lingering for a few seconds before pulling back.

"It's me who doesn't deserve you. How about I join you in your bath?" He asked and I nodded with a small smile and some blush on my cheeks. We both finished getting dressed and then we both got into the bath. He had me sitting infront of him while he had one arm wrapped around me, his other was on my chest groping me, he had his head snuggled into my neck kissing and nibbling it. We weren't in the bath for that long before we got out, got dressed and got into bed.

"Goodnight" I whispered nuzzling my head into his chest until I could here his heartbeats.

"Goodnight" he whispered back kissing the top of my head then we both fell asleep.

When I woke up it was the next day and I was still snuggled into Meliodas, Thankfully I was feeling better and I think I would be able to go to school.

"Morning" I heard Meliodas whispered as I turned around to face him and he had a smile on his face.

"Morning" I whispered back well he played with a strand on my hair keeping me close to him.

"You think you can go to school today?" He asked which made me nod, which made him peck my lips. "Let's get ready" he spoke and I agreed. We got up and got ready then went downstairs to find Gelda and Zeldris making dinner, after dinner we then all left for school. Once we got to school we all went the tree and waited for everyone.

"Princess, are you still having those visions you had before you were attacked?" Merlin then asked me and it made me shiver thinking about what happened with Mael. I think Meliodas noticed as his grip on my waist got tighter.

"Yes but there only in dreams now and I've kinda gotten used to it." I spoke quietly and then the bell rang." Come we've got class" I said and they all nodded. We then went into the school to go to our classes.
