Joe's POV
It had been a couple of hours since Dianne had left, I decided to go around to her apartment and talk to her. I picked Dollie up off the floor and made my way to Dianne's apartment which wasn't far. I knocked on the door a couple of times and after a few moments the beautiful red head came to the door.
"Oh hi Joe" she said dishearteningly
"Do you mind if I come in"? I asked
"No, come in" she replied I nodded and then I walked in.
"Look Joe don't take this the wrong way but what are you doing here, I mean there's no point in trying with Dollie again, it's obvious that she doesn't want to be anywhere near me and I've probably traumatised her" said Dianne sounding frustrated.
"Dianne of course there's a point in trying she's your daughter and I highly doubt that she was traumatised for the experience, I think she was more shocked when I said that peppa pig would make some tasty bacon" I said and a saw a little a smile creep up on Dianne's face.
"Well if that's the the only reason why you came here then I think you should go, I mean there's no point in trying I don't want to upset Dollie" Said Dianne, I put Dollie down on the sofa I put peppa pig on my phone and gave it to her so she would be entertained whilst I talk to Dianne.
"Dianne, that's not the only reason why I came here, I also came here to apologise" I Said
"What for"? Dianne Asked
"Everything" I Said
"I'm sorry, that day when you left Dollie I shouldn't have kicked you out, I should have spoken to you and I should've gotten you the help that you needed, I should've listened to you, but I also should've told Dollie about you coz now look where it's got us" I said on the brink of tears.
"Joe it's okay I forgive you" Said Dianne and then I looked into her eyes and we found our lips touching....
