Dianne's  POV
I woke up at 3:30am to the twins crying, Joe woke up and helped out, I don't know what I would have done without him, I don't think I would be able to cope. After the twins had been fed and were settled again, Joe and I placed them back onto their cribs and got back into bed
"Thank you" I said snuggling up to Joe
"What for"? Joe Asked planting a kiss on the top of my head.
"For being here, I don't think I would have been able to cope on my own with 3 young kids" I Said
"Can you imagine, Dollie would be the boss of the house" said Joe with a chuckle.
"Don't even joke about it" I Said drifting off to sleep. I woke up a few hours later to the smell of pancakes and bacon filling the house, I went over to the girls cribs and saw that they were empty, I went into Dollie's room and saw that her cot was empty as well so I figured that they were all downstairs.
"Good morning beautiful" Said Joe coming up behind me and wrapping his arms around my waist.
"What time is it" ? I asked
"8:30" Joe replied
"Already?! Did the girls not wake up for a feed, since half 3?" I asked
"They did but I fed them I thought I would just let you sleep, I thought you deserved a little bit of a break" Said Joe whilst he but some pancakes and bacon on a plate for me. I sat down at the breakfast bar and began to tuck in.
"Awww that's sweet, but why I asked? I could tell that he was acting a little bit shady.
"Well you know how last night how you said that you wouldn't be able to do this on your own" Joe began
"Yeah"? I questioned
"Well you might have to cope on your own for a few hours, it's just I have a load of meetings that I need to go to I've held them off for as long as possible but I can't hold them off for any longer, I'm sorry babe" said Joe looking a little disheartened, I jumped down off my stool and went over and hugged him.
"No it's okay, I understand, I'll be fine"
"Are you sure you'll be okay with the twins on your own"? Asked Joe
"Yes and anyway it's not the twins that I'm worried about, it's Dollie like you said last night if one of us wasn't here she'd be the boss of the house and that terrifies me" I said
"I think it would terrify anyone" Joe Said with a chuckle.
"Anyway I have to go now, I should be back at around 1/2 o'clock" Said Joe
"Okay, I'll see you later" I said giving him a kiss goodbye.

Joe's POV
I just left the house to go to my "meetings". Well I say meetings but I wasn't really that was just a cover story, instead I was going to the airport so that I could pick up Dianne's parents, her brother Andrew and his girlfriend Mel from the airport, we had all planned a surprise visit for Dianne as she hadn't seen them since she came back to the uk as she couldn't fly out there last year due to being pregnant and we weren't sure if we would be able to go this year as the twins would still be quite young and we would also have Dollie who would only be young herself.

Dianne's POV
Joe had just left to go to his nettings and as soon as the door shut all hell broke loose, the twins started screaming and Dollie threw her pancakes to the floor claiming that they were yucky even though she had eaten most of them. I felt my self grabbing my keys and heading towards the door, I felt my hand go to the latch and then I stopped, no Dianne you don't want a repeat of what happened last time" I took a deep breath and then I headed back into the kitchen to deal with chaos that was happening in the kitchen, I turned on the bottle maker and put the twins in their swings to try and keep them calm whilst I waited for the water to be sterilised and boiled for their bottles, I then picked up the food that Dollie had thrown on the floor, I then help her down from her chair and took her into the living room and took a box of toys out for her to play with. By that time the twins bottles were ready to be made, they started crying again but they had been quiet for most of the time so I couldn't complain, I made their bottles and I placed them in a bucket of cold water to help them cool down quicker, once they hand cooled and were at the right temperature a I grabbed the bottles and placed them to the Side of the chair, I then grabbed the twins and placed them on my lap and I began to feed them.
A few hours later
It was now quarter to 2, time had flown by.
"Daddy should be home soon" I Said as I sat down on the floor so that I could play with Dollie
10 minutes later
I heard the keys go in the door.
"I think daddy's home" I Said getting up off the floor
"Hiya gorgeous" Said Joe as he walked in leaving the door open.
"Aren't you gonna close the door"? I asked
"Oh yeah, oops" Said Joe as he went over to the door and that's when they all walked in my mom, my dad, my brother and his girlfriend....
