Katrina finds the stairwell. But finding it the staircases to be destroyed. James reluctantly junps and grabs hold. He makes it to the other side. Halsey and the others jumped next and makes their way to Floor 8.
"Now we just find the vent and make it to the exit." Pat replied.
"Easier said than done." Carrie protested.
"C'mon, I'll show you the vent." James said.
John called again "Where the hell are you guys?"
"We're in floor 8. We're just finding the secret vent to the exit. How about you?"
"Hurry, my friends are already close to the control room. The on-site warhead is about to be detonated."
"S**t! Okay, wish mw luck." James ends the call.
"What happened?" Carrie asked.
"They're already close to those nukes. Let's find the vent now!"
"But where? There are so many of them, that we may never find it in time." Pat complained.
"Wait, this is Floor 8. There are no labs here whatsoever, Just rooms with beds. This is the barracks. And there is only one vent here. Come with me!" Halsey said.
Halsey ran through the corridor; James and the rest followed them. Halsey stopped and saw the vent. Pat went to open the hatch but a cloud of smoke appears and Pat backs away.
"S**t! He's here!"
"I'm suprised you almost made it here. What a coincidence is it?" Logan speaks and appears on the smoke.
"What the f**k do you want?" James asked.
"The same thing you guys want to do. But one of us is only able to escape. Here's my proposal. Meet me at the exit and we'll see who gets to escape or dies here." Logan proposed.
"Hah! You think you'll beat us easily?" Pat mocked.
"Very well. See ya at the final round."
Just as he disappears, a voice was heard. "DUE TO A MASSIVE COMPROMISE AT THE FACILITY, THE ON-SITE NUCLEAR WARHEADS HAS BEEN ENGAGED. DETONATION WILL OCCUR IN T-MINUS 20 MINS. PLEASE HEAD TO THE NEAREST BUNKER IMMEDIATELY." An alarm broke off and all the lights are flickering.
"Let's go now!" James shouted.
