Protocol Alpha-Victor: Containment Breach

Chapter 5

James went to Halsey's office. He knocked the door and it opened automatically.

"Dr. James. How's the specimen?"

"Well umm it got a little topsy turvy."

"What do you mean Topsy turvy?"

"Logan isn't subjected by radiation, sir. Here's the documents."

He handed out the documents to Halsey. He read it and read until he gave it to him.

"Does anybody besides the team know about this?" Halsey asked.

"Nope."

"Listen, are you familiar with this symbol?" Halsey asked and showed me the symbol. It describes a human mouth with fangs and the bottom is hand holding a knife; both in a circle.

"Nope, but it's something related to vampires, I assumed?"

"Yes. This is the symbol of Protocol Alpha-Victor. I know we've encountered those but pur minds were erased as the protocol follows. The reason why I still remember is that I was spared by the goverment and the military."

"Are you f**king serious?!"

Believe me, besides if that thing breaks loose, The Protocol has handed out anti-vampiric weaponry in the second basement located in the warehouse room."

James left the office feeling frustrated and angry. "Why the f**k would they disturb them? If that didn't happen, none of this wouldn't happen. And if the protocol has been activated, it would probably be too late."

He entered to the chamber. Spencer is still observing Logan, while Katrina and Carrie were working with the antidote to reverse the effects of the body. James walked in and talked to them.

"Have you heard of Protocol Alpha-Victor?"

"Nope. But it sounds so familiar." Spencer replied.

"I know what that means, doctor." Logan noticed. "It's a f**king ass instruction on how to kill us. That's how 3% of my population had died. Tis a shame you're protocol is dead cause there's no more left. Me, I'm nkt yet noticed so technically, the protocol doesn't exist." Logan explained.

James released out silver carbonate. Logan began screaming in pain and disorientation. He went in to collect a blood sample. He ran to the microscope. The blood itself is ver much self aware and can regenerate instantly. But when subjected to Silver nitrate, the blood reacts vigorously and slowly disintegrates.

"The problem is that this s**thole h
right here is very tough but it can be defeated easily by silver and UV light." James explained.

"Yeah but where are we gonna get these kinds of weapons?" Katrina asked.

Logan began to smash through the wall and broke. James quickly sounded the alarm. "See ya later, dweebs!" He left the door. Screams now started to pick up in the air.
