"Alright then how do we bring the fucker down?, cause there is no way in fucking hell he's gonna get anywhere near you" said Alexander hugging me tightly to him.

I just felt like disappearing, I was so embarrassed I never shared that much with anyone before, and as much as I love the reaction I got from Alex, cause even in this he still the sweet guy that wants to help me. I can't help but feel like am not good enough to be with him, like I really don't deserve him at all.

"Thank you for being here Alex, but I just don't think you should get anymore involved than you already are, he could threaten you next just for being with me" I pleaded Alex to just leave things alone, but if the determination look in his eyes said something, he's definitely not backing down without a fight.

" Amore, I would never, ever leave you, I asked you to be my girlfriend, so that means that from now on we do things together, whatever you need, I'll be there, ok? So don't try to prevent me from protecting you my love, cause there is no way I'll ever back down when it comes to you" he said holding my hand in his caressing his thumb over my wrist.

" alright then, Alexander welcome to the family officially" said Gabe giving my boyfriend a manly hug and and a handshake. I was distracted by the rest of the exchanges by my thoughts.

All the time this was happening, Vincent remained frozen in his seat. " why are you helping me now after everything that happened, you never even talked to me... why now Vincent?" I just couldn't help myself and finally asked the question that was eating me up since it happened. 

Suddenly whatever conversation Gabe and Alex had stopped and the tension in the room was palpable, I stood there looking at the guy that caused me so much pain waiting for and answer when he said, " am so sorry love, I didn't mean to hurt you, it all started as a joke, a way for me to mess with my brother the Golden boy, I just wanted to get someone who he loved to see me instead of him, but I never thought... I just I- i ended up falling for you and then things just changed, I started to enjoy our dates, you were so sweet and innocent, so I told the truth to Vance cause I wanted to tell it to you too on our date, to be really official, to start fresh, I wanted to came out of the shadows and do the right thing, but when I said the whole thing to him, he lost it, said some horrible things, he assured me that you were playing both of us, that you where sleeping with him all along , and as stupid as it sounds I believed him a little, some part of me still was the insecure boy expecting everybody to love him and not me, and after I waited for you to come to our date, but you were a no show I just broke, so I went home to find you under him, when you asked for my help I just thought you were lying to me. Of course that wasn't the case, and I figured that out when you pursued charges against him... that's when everything really hit me, and I understood I got played. I know I will never be able to really make  it up to you, but please know am so sorry Sophie I didn't protected you even though I loved you, I still do."

"Damn right you won't! I don't care what your excuse was, you sick little shit, playing with other people feelings because what? You didn't get enough love from your family? Nope buddy I don't care why you are here now, but you ain't getting close to my girl, understood?" Alexander spat clearly furious at the attempt to explain given by Vincent.  

Gabriel stood and came to my side putting his arm around my shoulder " alright enough, we all agree we have to stop the guy, but there will be no more fighting in front of my sister, not even from me, she deserves better from all of us, so let's talk a plan now"With everyone in agreement, we decided to see what we knew about the whole situation to try and approach it. Turns out Vance got out early and lied to his parents saying he was coming to America to study, Vincent followed him to stop him from coming here, but he lost track of him when he left the apartment they rented.

He told the guys all the places he frecuentes in order to find him and they decided to divide and search for him at the towns popular spots first.

We all ended up skipping today's school, thank goodness dad wasn't home, since he had meetings with his accountants all day. Almost at launch the guys decided the safest place for me was the house and they told me to stay in with everything closed while they al went out. I reluctantly agreed with them since apparently they weren't having any of my complains to go search too.

 Alex kissed my cheek and reassured me he would find him and would take him to the police, but he could only do that if he knew I was safe. After that there weren't many arguments I could give him to let me go with him, so they got in their cars and left while I stayed in the house.

5 minutes later I was about to go and make some launch when the doorbell rang and Vincent was there waving at me. I opened the door and asked " did you forget anything?"

" did you really think I was my stupid brother Sophie, I thought you would have learned after the last time not to confuse us" I tried to close the door in his face when he put his foot on the entry and pushed it open sending me backwards landing on the floor with a thud.

"Vance.."I said felling panic raise up in my chest making my vision turn blurry with unshed tears. Maybe this is it, I only wished I had said goodbye to my loved ones.
