The Odd Job Request

The Fairy Tail guild was chaotic, intense, and boisterous as ever. The ground was a graveyard of smashed tables and chairs. The core of this furniture disaster was the fire dragonslayer Natsu Drageneel and ice mage Gray Fullbuster. Soon the remaining furniture's savior came to stop their suffering by butting together Grays and Natsu's heads. The only one capable of doing this was Erza Titania Scarlet, the redhead armored Fairy Queen of Fairy Tail. Satisfied with the unconscious pin... I mean salmon-haired and raven-haired boys on the ground.

"Master isn't going to be happy about the new table and chairs being broken so soon," A timid young girl remarked.

The young girl, Wendy Marvell, was wearing a simple green sleeveless dress with a crisscross pattern. Near the neck of the dress blue, green, and yellow triangle patterns.

"They are going to get scolded again by master," A young woman, who was sitting by the blue-haired and brown-eyed girl, added.

The blond young woman, Lucy Heartfillia, was wearing a blue button-up shirt with no back and a white skirt with a brown belt.

A small white exceed with a cute bow on her tail spoke up from Wendy's lap: "They are going to have to go on a job to pay for all this damage."

"Your right Carla, we might as well go find one now," Erza replied from behind them.

All the girls nodded in agreement before getting up and walking over to the request board. After scanning through all the requests they finally found one that had good pay and had lower chances for Natsu to destroy a town.

"Let's go get Mira to stamp this then go wake up the knocked out boys," Lucy said with lots of enthusiasm.

The trio walked over to the bar in the middle of the rowdy guild, where a white-haired beauty was cleaning some dirty dishes.

"Lucy, Wendy, Erza, how can I help you?" Mira asked sweetly.

Lucy handed Mira the request paper they found, "Can you stamp this request for us please?"

Mira was about to take the request before she remembered something, "Oh I forgot! Your team was requested for a specific job."

"Really? Team Natsu was requested?" Erza asked skeptically.

Mira just nodded as she searches for the job they were requested for. After a moment of searching, Mira found the paper and handed it to the girls of Team Natsu.

Lucy's jaw dropped to the ground.

"That is almost as much as an S-class mission," Erza noted.

"That is enough to pay for my rent for a couple of months with money to spare," Lucy mumbled, hearts seemed to form in her eyes as she stared at the paper.

"Are you sure this isn't a fake request?" Carla asked skeptically, she scanned over the paper trying to find any inconsistencies, "There is no way they would request Team Natsu and say we won't have to pay for property damage."
