Hi! Sorry I wasn't able to update lately. So caught up in school. Lol! Anyway, I have a friend in school and I made a character for him! This chapter is for you omor! Trololol!

«fire blast pov»

I walked into the quiet library, twilight's face was in a book and I could hear her soft snores. I crept past her and into spikes room. I unfolded my wings and laid a bundled up spike on his small bed. I turned around to a towering figure above me.

"Dis......!" He put his paw over my mouth as I fought for my freedom. He teleported us to an open field in the everfree forest. He released me and gave a sheepish grin.

"Are you crazy?!!" I  yelled. He spun me around to face a brown pegasus with an orange mane and a squirrel on his back. He had a paw prints cutie mark, the tips of his ears and hooves were white. His eyes were a glistening blue like the ocean. I was speechless as I saw my old friend.

"Squirrel swirl!" I wrapped my hooves around him and lifted him off the ground.

"I see you're still as strong as ever!" He said as I put him down. The squirrel on his back chattered angrily.

"Now puffs, you must learn to be polite" squirrel swirl scolded the critter, "she's still angry about that time I accidentally ate her peanut pie" he explained.

"Its been such a long time!" I grinned. "How are the others?"

" okay I guess...." he reminded me of Fluttershy. I grinned as an idea popped into my head. "Squirrel, I have a new friend I think you might wanna meet" I nudged him in the gut.

"Sure!.......well, once I figure out how I got here." Squirrel swirl looked around.

" simple teleportation spell" I turned and remembered who brought me here. Discord.

" thanks for bringing my best friend back..... but I have a few questions." I told him.

"Fire away" discord confirmed.

"First off, how did you know about squirrel swirl? And second, why would you take me without asking?!! It doesn't make sense!" I yelled that last part.

"First I read your mind and saw you missed a dear friend. And second....." he gave me a sly grin "what fun is there in making sense?"

"....... hmmm..... well alright. Thanks for bringing squirrel swirl. Let's go back to Ponyville." We walked back to Ponyville, an awkward silence filled the air.

~time lapse~

We finally got to Fluttershy's cottage. Discord knocked nervously, and I remembered why I was mad at him in the first place. The door opened and it was none other than the rabbit named Angel. Angel turned his head and gave a squeak.

"Oh, why yes. Please let them in." A voice said. Angel let us in and I noticed squirrel swirl went into a dreamy daze. Squirrel continued to stare as he and Fluttershy locked gazes. She hid her face with her hair shyly, And squirrel's face turned a deep red.

"H..Hello" squirrel stammered.

"Um..hi" Fluttershy responded. Angel shook her out of her daze and puffs did the same to squirrel swirl.

"Hello Fluttershy! This is my friend squirrel swirl," I introduced my friend to the pegasus.

"Ugh! Snap out of it already!" Discord yelled. The two automatically came to their senses.

After a long hour of awkward moments, it was decided squirrel swirl would also stay at Fluttershy's cottage.

Just as the moon rose, squirrel and I were ready for rest. Discord asked to speak to me before I went to sleep.

"Look, I know your mad, but what you saw earlier today wasn't what it seemed. I came for you, but Fluttershy didn't let me speak...." he trailed off.

I realized that I had jumped to conclusions. "Is there any way I can make up for the misunderstanding?" I asked. He looked at me. I looked at him. I knew what he wanted.

I flew up to his face and gave him a peck on the nose. He automatically blushed.

"See you tomorrow" I whispered in his ear. And I headed to my room.
