Chapter 17: To the Recuse

          Gru arrives at Vector's fortress, and now he's trying to get inside. "Vector, open up!" Gru said.
          Then a big screen comes up with Vector on video chat. "First, give me the moon, then we'll talk." Vector said. He opens a little slot to transport the moon to him. Gru decides to give up on it and puts it in the slot. Then Bugs and Daffy realized that Gru is here.
           "Gru! Help us!" Bugs said.
           "Zip it, Happy Meal!"
           "Now, Bugs and Daffy." Gru said.
           "Actually, I think I'll hold on to them a little while longer."
           "NOO!!!!!!!!!!"
           "OH YEAH!!! UNPREDICTABLE!!!!!!!!!!" Vector hangs up, and his big screen disappears.
           "Listen close, you little punk. When I get in there, you are in for a WORLD OF PAIN!!!!!"
           "OOH! HO HO! I'm really scared!" Gru punches Vector's little code screen, making Vector almost scared, and almost dropped the moon.
           "He is gonna kick your butt, doc." Bugs said.
            Vector releases his missiles to go after Gru again. Once they aim for him, Gru goes after them, and fully avoids them all the way, then the missiles hits the fortress door. Gru walks straight to the door to recuse Bugs and Daffy. Then, the shark pops up again, and Gru punches RIGHT IN THE SHARK'S FACE!
           "WHAT!? He-- HE PUNCHED MY SHARK!!!" Vector said in very suprise. He activates his escape pod so that he can make his escape before Gru gets inside. Gru climbs on top of the pyramid Vector stoled to reach the pod. He grabs under it, and tries not to let go.
          Now in the sky, Dr. Nefario has now sees Gru hanging on the pod. "Ah! There he is." Dr. Nefario saids. "Hang on, Gru!" But Gru is about to fall off. "Oh no!"
         Gru accidentally lets go of the pod, but landed on the floor of the ship inside. He then sees his minions waving at him, and then realized that the ship has grew back to it's original size. He walks up to Dr. Nefario. "Vector has Bugs and Daffy! Go!" Gru said, and so they chase Vector before it's too late. "What happened to the ship? It's big again."
           "Not as big as the moon's going to be."
           "What!?"
           "The larger the mass of an object, the quicker the effects of the shrink ray wear off. I call it: The Nefario Principle! I just came up with it now actually."
          Then Gru now realized that things are gonna get worse. "OH NO!"
          The moon is now starting to grow back slowly. Bugs and Daffy saw it as they start to get really scared now.
          "Gasp!" gasped Daffy.
          "Uh oh! That's not good!" Bugs said. "HEY!!!!! HEY!!!!! HELP US!!!!!!!!!!"
          "HEY!!! WHAT ARE YOU TWO DOING BACK THERE!!!!!?????" Vector said. The moon breaks the desk, and then tilts the pod to the side. Vector tries to get back to the right angle, then sees the moon trying to getting big again. Then the moon smashes him. "AHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OUCH!!!!!"
           "DAFFY! WATCH OUT!" The moon hits the glass ball, then it falls down and breaks, setting Bugs and Daffy free.
           Gru is almost there getting close to the pod. "Get as close in as you can! You got it." He then activates his grappling gun from the ship so that he can stop the pod from escaping. Once it grabs it, it opens up the exit of the pod. Bugs and Daffy now sees Gru on top of the ship.
          "Hey! Gru! Help us!" Bugs said.
          "Okay, Bugs. Daffy. You're going to have to jump."
          "WHAT!!!??? BUT WHAT IF WE CAN'T MAKE IT!?" Daffy said.
          "Don't worry! I will catch you!"
          Bugs is getting ready to jump, but he sees Daffy stepping away, feeling too scared.
          "Daffy, we gotta go." Bugs said.
          "I CAN'T DO IT!!!"
          "DAFFY!!! THERE'S NO TIME FOR  THIS! WE HAVE TO GO!"
          "Forget it, Bugs. I'm never gonna go back. Why should I go with you when you always take away what's rightfully mine?"
          "What made you think I would do something like that?"
          "Because ever since you came along, everyone started loving you more than me!" Daffy's anger is starting to turn into sadness. "You know, this whole thing was my chance to prove that I still have it, but you just has to come along and ruin everything. So, you win, just like you always do."
          For a moment, Bugs said nothing for a little bit. "Daffy, you know I would never do anything to hurt you."
          "You have been hurting me... all my life. You always get the standing ovation while I'm left with a salient treatment. You've always been better at me at everything. ...Face it, Bugs. You're the number one star of all time. You always have been, and you always will be. Me? I'm just an annoying duck with a dream that'll never come true."
          Daffy, it dosen't have to be this way. You can still make your dream come true, because people will still love your movies we've done over the past several years."
          "You... you mean it? After everything I said and put you through?"
          "Daffy, people can still love you no matter what. Now, you may have been a mean-sprited, self-absorbed, disturbed little werido, but you're still our #2 star. As a matter of fact, I don't think being #2 is nothing to sneeze at. Look, Daff, we can do this. Because you're my partner, my makeup, and most importantly, you're my best friend."
          He grab on Daffy's shoulder, and now Daffy realized about the point of his life. He frown has turns into a smile. "Okay... I guess it is nothing to sneeze at." He then Bugs Bugs very hard while crying with tears a little bit. "I'M SO SORRY, BUGS!!!!! I'M SO SORRY!" Bugs hugged him back.
          "Alright, now let's get out of here!" Bugs jumps off the pod, and Gru catches him.
          Now Daffy is really prepared. He starts to jump, but Vector grabbed him by the neck. "NOT SO FAST!!!" Vector said.
          "NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Gru said.
          "LET ME GO AND I'LL PAY YOU WHATEVER YOU WANT!!!" Daffy said. Vector pulls up his piranha gun again, but the moon hits Vector and Daffy. Vector grabbed on to the pod, while Daffy grabbed onto the zip line of the grappling gun.
          "I'm coming Daffy. Hang on!" Gru carefully tries to walk on the zip line, but almost falls down, and grabs it underneath.
          Vector made it back to his pod, but the moon smashes him again. The zip line was about to break, and the minions tries to hold on to it tight.
          After the zip line break, Gru and Daffy were now falling, but we're saved by Bugs, and a group of minions. "I got you." Gru said. They look up to see a ladder of minions, with Bugs on top.
          "Eh, who knew this was gonna be simple." Bugs said.
          Still smashes by the moon, the moon breaks the escape pod button, and the pod is now flying way up. The moon keeps growing, and it breaks the pod with Vector on top of the moon still. "AHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!! NOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Vector screamed, and now the moon has grown back fully, and is also back in it's position to where it needs to be.
          Vector is still alive, but he now has a space helmet, and realized now, that he is out of Earth, and is stick on the moon. "Oh, poop."
