Chapter 18: Back Home

          The next day, Gru is finally taking Bugs and Daffy home. "Listen, I wanted to thank you for everything you've did for me. And of course, I really believe that being a good guy is better for my life than being a villian." Gru said.
          "Eh... It's the least we can do." Bugs said.
          "So, how will you get us back home?" Daffy asked.
          "Oh, don't worry. I've created a teleporter to get you guys home." Gru said. And he turns on his teleporter, and Bugs and Daffy are just excited to go back to the studio. "Also, you can come by and visit anytime if you want; especially if there's any help I needed."
          "Thanks, doc. We won't forget you." Bugs said. And Bugs and Daffy went to the portal. After they've entered, Gru shuts it down, feeling very proud for himself being good. He turns around, and sees the minions right by him. They wanted a kid for each of them.
           "NO! NO!!!"
           "Awww!!!" said the minions.
           "Oh, fine." He gave them each a kiss. And then one of them want a 2nd kiss. "Didn't I get you already!?"

           Back at the studio, the workers were worried all the time since Bugs and Daffy lefted.
           "We've looked everywhere. But there's still no sign of Bugs." said one of them.
           "Well, keep looking! It's been 3 days since he's gone!" said a 2nd worker. "If we don't find him, or get any results, then we'll just have to--" Then the portal appears out of nowhere. Bugs pops out of the room, and his live action look is back.
           "What's up doc? Miss me?" Bugs said.
           "BUGS!!!" said everyone at the studio. Some of them gave him a hug.
           "Oh, we thought we never see you again!" said a worker. "Welcome back, my friend!"
           Then Daffy bumped into Bugs while coming out of that portal. "Hey everybody! I'm back!" Daffy said.
           People are now looking shocked. They started booing, then the boss came by. "HEY!!! DIDN'T I ALREADY FIRED YOU!? HOW COULD YOU DO THIS BUGS!!!??? DITCH THIS DUCK!!!!!!!!!!" The Boss said in anger.
          "Wait! He's learned his lesson!" Bugs said, stopping everyone.
          "Huh?" Some people said.
          "That's right." Daffy said. "Listen, I know I've been an idiot duck back in the past. But I've now learned the importance of movie making, that people can still love me, and my work no matter what. Look, I'm sorry for everything I've done, especially with wrecking the backstage the other day. And for the most part, I've got along with Bugs. And now my life is feeling a lot better than last time... All thanks to the rabbit." Bugs gave Daffy a smile.
           The Boss is feeling emotionally sad in a good way. "Okay. YOU'RE making my tears drop. You can have your job back." He said. Daffy now feels surprised, and everyone at the studio, picked up Bugs and Daffy, and started celebrating.

           During the next morning, Bugs and Daffy were starting on their next project together.
           "Well, Daff, you've achieved your goal of being a hero." Bugs said.
           "Well thanks, pal." Daffy said. "I really-- Dah!? OH NO YOU DON'T BUSTER!!!!! YOU'RE THE HERO!"
           "You're the hero!"
           "YOU'RE THE HE-- Wait a mintue! Pronoun trouble. I'm the hero."
           "I'm the hero alright."
           "I'M THE--"
           "Bugs, your role is up. Daffy we'll let you know when it's time for your role." said an announcer.
           "Well, That's your cue. So, good luck Bugsy. I'll keep the engine running."
           Bugs starts walking out of the room. Before he heads out, he looks at Daffy with a smile again. And Daffy gave him a wink; then Bugs winked him back. Daffy now feels pretty good about himself for a wait in the room.
          "At last! My new life has just began! Now I can think of some great ideas for everyone! Plus, my luck is changing already! AND NOTHING CAN STOP ME NOW!!!" But then Daffy accidentally pushes the wrong button, which is the button that launches all of the nuclear missiles, and not the coffee button this time! The missiles have not launched and went aiming straight. Daffy can hear the missiles go off, and then hears the explosion. After that new accident, Daffy breaks the 4th wall, and looks at you with a nervous smile.
