HANNA

Excited nerves dance around my stomach as I walk toward the campus café. Ever since I kissed Grayson, a part of my soul lit up. Everything I wished for was suddenly right in front of me. This sounds crazy, but I have never felt so electrified from a kiss before. Not even from the two times I kissed Ethan.

When my lips touched his, everything made sense. Chills ran down my spine as our breathing completely stopped. I knew that would be a good distraction for him, and I was right.

When I walk through the door, I scan the room for him. I finally spot him sitting at a round table near the large glass window. He smiles when we sees me and I do the same. He's adorable.

"Hanna, hey." He clears his throat as I approach him.

"Sorry if I'm late, my professor kept rambling on." I groan while sitting across from him.

"I hate when that happens." He rolls his eyes while glancing at me. "Do you want anything?"

I look toward the counter and bite down on my lower lip. I haven't eaten anything all day and I'm starving.

"You're hungry." He points out.

"How do you know?" I chuckle.

"I can hear your stomach rumbling from here." A low smirk paints his lips.

"Okay, fine. I'm really hungry." I give in.

"I'm getting you food." He pulls his wallet out of his back pocket.

"Oh, you don't ha-"

"It's a date, remember?" He lets out a deep breath. "It's the least I could do for saving me yesterday."

"I wish I could say the same for you. All you got was a bruised face." I stare at the black and blue on the left side of his chiseled jaw. It's in the exact spot Noah's fist collided with.

"I've never gotten punched before, but I would do it all over again to defend you."

"You're sweet." I blush.

"So is the blueberry muffin I'm about to get you."

"I prefer chocolate chip, actually." I cock my eyebrow with a smirk.

"Banana smoothie?"

"Of course." I happily smile.

"Your wish is my command." His eyes glance toward the long line. He freezes for a moment, gulping at the sight.

"I can get it for us." I rise to my feet. "That line is annoying."

"No, I got it." He looks at me with a nod. "Be right back."

I hesitantly sit back down as I watch him walk over to the line. He stands at the end of it and taps his foot on the ground. He can do this, I know he can.

Trying not to stare too much, I pull out my phone and scroll through a few apps. When I open my snapchat, I see that Cassidy posted a new story. When my thumb clicks on it, my mouth drops open. It's a picture of Noah in his boxers, holding up a slice of pizza. He's laying next her...in his bed. The caption is just the heart eyes emoji.

I guess she's sleeping with him now, real classy. I should have seen this coming. She's always talking about how hot he is. I roll my eyes and get off the app.

The picture makes me sick, honestly. The fact that Noah uses so many girls and doesn't even care about it really gets me mad. I can't believe I thought I could change him. I'm so glad I have Grayson now.
