Lacey sighed to herself as the cab pulled up outside the rovers. She sighed to herself as she looked around. She was home and she only wished that it was under better circumstances. Lacey sighed as she stood from the cab and looked to the rovers. She just wanted to find her mum and then go back to university. Lacey knew that her mum wasn't well, and she knew that it took a lot to bring Carla down. Lacey walked into the rovers and smiled as she saw Johnny. Johnny looked to her and smiled as he walked over to her and hugged her "you okay kiddo?" He asked as she looked to him with tears in her eyes and nodded. She saw Kate who was standing behind the bar and smiled slightly. She knew that Kate blamed Carla for the factory and for Rana dying and she felt bad for her, but she also knew that Carla wouldn't deliberately hurt someone, she knew that her mum wouldn't ever Hurt anyone.

Lacey walked over to Kate and smiled "I'm so sorry about Rana" she said as Kate looked to her and smiled "it's okay, your mum will be okay" Kate said as Lacey sighed as she looked to her and sighed "I dunno, I don't think that she will. This isn't her, she's not the type to go missing. I know her and I know when something isn't right" Lacey said as Johnny walked over and smiled as he placed a hand on her shoulder and smiled "we'll find her love, we will. Come on let's get your bags and get you settled" Johnny said as Lacey looked to him and smiled. She just wanted to find her mum and make sure that she was okay, she was worried and she didn't want to loose her mum no matter what.

A few days had passed since Lacey had returned to the street. All that she could think of was her mum, she felt as if she was never going to see her again and it broke her heart. She wiped the tears from her eyes as Johnny walked in and looked to her and smiled "she will come back you know" he said as she looked to him and sighed "I don't know" she said as he smiled "she will, we will find her and get her the help that she needs, she's fragile and doesn't even know how fragile she is but we're going to be there for her and she will be back to the normal Carla" he said as Lacey looked to him and smiled "I don't think she'll ever be the normal Carla again" Lacey said. She feared she had lost her mum for good.

Later hat day, Lacey walked through the street and sighed to herself all that she could think of was all the memories that she and Carla had on the street and it upset her, she just wanted her mum back. She walked into someone and frowned as she looked to see Nick "sorry" she said as he looked to her and frowned "are you okay" he asked as she shrugged "I don't know, I just want my mum back" she said as he looked to her and smiled "she'll come back, give her time" nick said as Lacey smiled. Little did she know how involved she would get with nick tisley
