Too late. I'm at the lake. It's 5:05pm and there's no one else here. Was it all a joke? Or some trick from Lucius to draw me out here? My worries were out to an end when a voice, a male voice, called my name from behind me. I whipped around and saw him.
"It was you?" Was all I could say.

All I could do was stare at the boy who stood before me. He looked down at the ground with a shy, almost embarrassed look on his face.
"Yeah... is that alright?" He said to me, looking me in the eye for the first time since he'd arrived.
"Of course Arron, why wouldn't it be?"

It was just me tonight, sitting alone in the dorm room. I suppose I could go to the library but I can't brood in there without someone asking me what's wrong. Although the amount of concerned faces has dropped since my pregnancy was revealed. Even though the world believes I forced a miscarriage over Christmas break the glares and mutterings have not stopped. I guess it's just easier to hate than forgive.
Maybe that's what's up with James. We've been back at school for 2 months now and he's been avoiding me. I thought everything was fine between us, perhaps he blames me for the pain Tom caused him.
It was then that I was broken from the trance as the door was opened. I turned to see James standing there smiling at me. "Can I come in?" I nod and he comes to sit at the end of my bed.
"How'd you get up here I thought the magic was heightened so no boys could get in the girls dorms and vice versa?" I asked, taking another skittle from the packet beside my bed and putting my book down.
"I asked your dad to disable it so I could get up here." He took a long breath and couldn't look me in the eye. "We we're discussing something earlier that I wanted to get your opinion on."
"Your kinda scaring me... what is it?" I sat up straighter, wondering what they could have been talking about.
"I think we should get married." He said, finally looking at me.
"What?"

I walked hand in hand with Starla around the castle grounds. We walked through the courtyard, past the lake where we saw Sophia sitting on a picnic rug with someone, I couldn't tell who though. I wanted to go over and say hi but Starla convinced me it was a bad idea. I kinda agreed, I'll get all the details tonight anyway.
"So, Star, where are you actually taking me?" I asked her as we walked away from the lake.
"You'll see." She said simply, she had this airiness about her that, at first, made me wonder if she had been dropped on her head as a child. But then I met her mother and grandfather and everything began to make sense.
We keep walking until we get to the edge of the forbidden forest. She pulls me over to a blanket and picnic basket and plops herself down on the ground. I join her.
She opens the basket and pulls out mini sausage rolls, cocktail sausages, mini pizzas, fruit and chocolate dipped strawberries.

"You're really okay with your admirer being me? I mean we've been friends forever I just didn't want to make it awkward." Arron said, I just sat down on the picnic rug and patted the space beside me. He came as sat down."Truth be told I wasn't really expecting anyone to show up." I looked down. "I thought it was just a joke, I'm the only single one of my friends."
"Except Bella." He pointed out making me laugh.
"Yeah well James follows her around like a lost puppy, it really unheard in in the great hall." I laughed again. "I really do like spending time with you, I always have. So if you think we could work, we could try it. No pressure just two people trying things out, if it doesn't work, it doesn't work. No hard feelings?" He smiled for the first time since he'd arrived.
"I'd love that."
Lily
Starla and I lay down on the blanket looking at the stars and pointing out constellations that we knew.
"Oh look babe, it's Draco." She says pointing up to the sky. "The constellation not the person."
"I knew what you meant." I laugh, kissing the side of her head. "I ship us."
"What?" She asks, barely even audible.
"I ship us, it's a muggle thing. They take two people and ship them. So I ship us. I was watching this show the other day called River-something Rivertown or something like that, and on girl said to her boyfriend they were endgame. So I looked up what endgame means and it's like two people who will always end up together. I ship us and think we're endgame."
"For once you're the one talking absolute nonsense. Have the Nargles gotten to your brain? My mother thinks that can cause someone to go insane." Starla replied, I just smiled and nodded.
"Whatever you say babe, whatever you say." I kiss her head again and she snuggles into me. Soon enough she's asleep.
Bella
"What? You think what?" I put the skittles down and stare at James. "You're kidding right? You know April fools is in a month right?"
"I'm not joking. It's Wizard Law that a Witch may not be married to more than one person at a time - sexist I know but just listen- if you're married to me..."
"I can't marry Tom, but James, I can be widowed. I don't want that." I say, knowing that if we were married Tom would just kill James and force a wedding anyway.
"I'm aware of that fact but we just have to take that chance." He replied, so sure of himself. "Your father agrees." I sigh. I don't want to loose him, yet marrying him will bring us ever closer.
"Would you allow me to expand upon the plan?" I ask, he nods and I continue. "What if we bind ourselves. If one dies so does the other. Then Tom can't kill you and he will be stuck."
"That sounds like a perfect plan. Look Bella it has to be public. Don't tell anyone, well act as if we're back together but not engaged. I will publicly propose later. Okay?"
"Okay."
