"You look so pretty today sis." Onyx said over the phone. We were currently on FaceTime and I was stuffing my face with cheese and crackers and sipping on my wine."Really?" I questioned with a mouth full of cheese. I was bare faced with my hair in a messy bun.
"You're gorgeous, B." She said as I admired my sister. Onyx and I always got along. My mother raised us that way. We always knew that we were all we had and we took that to heart. I love my sister to death.
"Aww thanks sisterrrr."
"Girl shut up." She laughed. "I'll call you back I'm about to walk into this meeting."
"Okay. I love you."
"I love you too." She said before hanging up. I sighed and got back into another episode of All American. I rarely had time to watch TV but I always found time in my day to watch this show.
Blu was on a play date with Kelsi and Lexington. My house was cleaned, homework was done, so I took this time to actually relax although I was missing my baby girl and she'd only been gone for a couple of hours.
In the middle of an episode my doorbell rang which caused me to scrunch up my nose. It kept ringing repeatedly making me jump out of bed. I wasn't expecting anyone at the moment but whoever rang my doorbell did so with much urgency.
I swung my door open with an attitude only to be greeted with a yellow envelope. I stepped out of my door looking around but there was no one around. I frowned before grabbing the envelope and heading back into my apartment making sure to lock the door behind me.
I walked into my kitchen and filled me another glass of wine before opening the envelope filled with pictures of myself along with Onyx, Blu, Kelsi, and even some with Banks. There were also some of Onyx and Carter together.
"What the fuck?" I mumbled trying to understand who could possibly be taking these pictures and not only that they had to be watching us for a while because these pictures started from weeks ago. I began to panic and walking around my kitchen trying to think of who could possibly be doing this.
I dropped my glass of wine allowing it to break into pieces at my feet when I thought about who would possibly do such a thing. The thought of him alone made my skin crawl. A fear I thought I left hit me again hard as hell. I knew exactly who it was and he was back and I knew that he wanted revenge.
"Montana." I spat out. Even saying his name hurt.

"It's my mother." She smiled as I looked at the picture she showed me on her phone. This woman was beautiful and I wanted to make sure I captured all that she was on her daughter's shoulder.
"She's beautiful." I said before beginning to sketch her face on my tablet.
"Thank you. She was murdered last year. Her boyfriend cut her up into pieces and left her on the beach. Took them weeks to identify her body." She said with a straight face as I winced. I couldn't imagine losing my mom like that. I could tell that she was hurt but she dealt with what life gave her.
"I'm so sorry to hear that." I spoke sincerely.
"It's cool." She laughed a little.
"Give me about 20 minutes to sketch this and I'll meet you in the front."
"Cool deal." She exited with a smile on her face.
I got to work and began sketching away at the woman's face. She had such strong and beautiful features so I tried my best to capture that. I always did love drawing, but tattooing was a whole new level for me. A tattoo is more permanent and real. For instance, this tattoo would mean so much to this woman's daughter. It could represent what she was to her as well as how great of a loss her death was. Tattoos like this are what I lived for and why I will always love what I do.
