Blessen "B, you don't hear me calling you." Onyx called out as I looked up at her. I was literally in a daze as I counted the money I made for today.
"My bad sis. What's up ?" I asked giving her my attention.
"I asked what do you want to eat tonight. We can have a nice little dinner before we head home."
"I'm not really hungry. Maybe another time."
"You haven't really been anything since Banks hasn't been coming around." She mumbled but I heard her loud and clear. I was going to comment but I decided against it because I knew that I would say something mean. It's been two days and Banks has been ignoring all my calls and texts but he still manages to talk to Blu and check on her through Onyx and Carter. I know I was wrong for saying what I said to him because he does have a valid point, but we are way too grown to not be able to sort things out. Ignoring me would only make things worse.
I went back to counting my money but I couldn't ignore Onyx's eyes on me.
"What, O?" I asked without sparing her a glance.
"Let's go out tonight." She suggested as I rolled my eyes and placed my money to the side. "Come on sis. We haven't been out in foreverrrr and with everything going on I think this would be nice for us."
"I'm not really in the mood." I said before calling Banks' phone. It went straight to voicemail so I figured that he finally blocked my ass. I knew his phone wasn't dead cause it never is. I sighed out in frustration.
"Come on, B. Drinks on me and we can get cute. I'll do your hair and I know you'll beat the fuck out of your face. Besides, I think the guys are going out tonight and I think we should have our own fun."
"You know what, you're right. Blu is with Khaia right now I'll see if Kelsi will keep her for tonight. I'm sure she'll be okay with it." I said as Onyx nodded. Ayden and I have made plans to sit and discuss the situation with Blu. I was nervous about finally sitting with him after everything that has transpired but I know that it's all for the best.
"Yes!" She squealed charging at me like a big kid as we shared a hug. "I'm so happy you're gonna come out with me."
