Rapunzel POVI open my eyes, and find myself laying on the ground in the operation room. Well, the only clean area with no blood, which was the very corner. There is a bandage wrapped around my left arm, and my stomach still hurts like the pit of hell.
So much for me to almost go back to sleep again. I feel much cleaner though, and was wearing different clothes. "Rapunzel, you're okay!" she shouts. "Oh my God... you did it," she cries. I give a small painful smile. I can barely even smile.
I try to sit up, but let out a shout of pain. "Don't do anything, so you don't tear your stitches. If you bleed out again, you will die for real this time," she warns.
"Just give me another elixir," I say.
She shakes her head. "Your body will be too overwhelmed. The elixir lasts for 24 hours. Well it runs through your system for that long. It only works for one time in that 24 hours, but you can't take it again until it is out of your system," she says.
I nod. "Give me one however, so I can save it for a rainy day," I state. She nods, tossing me a tube of the bright blue sparking liquid.
"I'll put some magic ointment on your stitches, and it will be mostly healed in an hours time, so we can go before anymore soldiers come. The thing is, you somehow managed to knock your heart out of place, so that's going to come back and bite you," she states, rummaging for something in the cabinets.
Yea, I can feel something is off with my heart. I can see my long blonde hair is now long and brown. Which scared the heck out of me.
"What. The...." I mumble, picking up a piece of my hair. "I don't know why that happened," Eritrea states.
She rushed over with some white cream in a small container, and softly applied it to my huge cut.
"This all is too much," I muttered. "That's why I said we shouldn't do this," Eritrea explained. I sighed. "Whatever, so this cut will be healed in an hour?" I asked.
"For the most part, yea. However the organs inside of you are still messed up, and your heart is too. It's just that elixir keeping you alive," she uttered.
My eyes widened. "God," I stated worriedly. "So after 24 hours, will those things come back to kill me?" I asked. She ran her fingers through her hair, huffing out some air.
"I don't know."

An hour and a half went by, and we were on our way to get Kristoff and Eugene. I felt so bad I would almost collapse now and then, but Eritrea would catch me.
I opened the door to the room, and they looked up. "What the- what happened to you guys?" Eugene asks in horror. "No time to explain," Eritrea utters.
"Guys, tear down the painted pictures on the wall," Eritrea instructs. "Why?" I ask.
"They are spelled with magic to alert Pitch if you leave. Hurry, I know more soldiers will be coming soon," she utters.
Eugene and Kristoff rip the four paintings off the walls, and come to us. "Let's go," Eritrea orders.
We start to leave, and a sharp pain strikes my heart, making me yelp and fall over. Eugene instantly catches me, and picks me up bridal style. "It's okay, I got you," he says to me, and follows the others.
We go through a secret passage way, and we end up outside of the facility, in the dark night. "We did it. You see how hard it is to escape from my dad?" Eritrea asks, breathless.
"Turns our it's very hard," I reply. I rest my head in Eugene's chest. I feel like death is waiting for me, waiting for my elixir to finish so it can take me away.
"You okay Punz?" Eritrea asks. I nod.
I'm not though.
I feel terrible. Tears run down my cheeks and seep into Eugene's shirt, but I try to hide them. "Punz," he whispers.
"I'm okay," I reply. I really don't want to be consoled right now. "I'm fine I just need-" I start, getting off of him.
"Space," I finish, walking away from them all.
Please don't let me die.
