The coordination

(Jessie's point of view)

Today was the day of my coordination party for my coordination was tomorrow. Of course all my siblings had been invited. I had also learned that Loki seemed to be restricted from adult drinks by his friend. Bree definitely seemed to care about her. I was going to say hey to everyone when I heard a conversation with them.

"It is a party. I've been doing better lately"  Loki voiced to Bree.

"Absolutely not" She told him in a sort of demotic voice.

"Wh-whatever you say" He agreed.

I sweat dropped at this sight. I wasn't going to say anything to that because he was probably referring to the drinks and he did need help in that aspect of life. Though, he seemed a bit scared not that I could blame him. If that was her not really pissed I'd hate to be on the other side of things.

"Jessie!" Angel and Hope yelled as they hugged me.

I hugged them back then.

"It's good to see you" I smiled at them.

They giggled then. "Wow. This is a really big castle" Hope voiced.

"Tell me about it. It's amazing. I could dance here forever" Angel replied.

"Let's go dance" Hope replied. So Hope and Angel went to the dance floor then. They happily danced with each other. Loki looked towards them a little of a longing look in his eyes.

Bree sighed then and pushed him towards the kids. "Must I do everything myself for you" Bree replied annoyed. "It's never too late to start you know" Bree finished right before she made a frustrated sound and walked away.

Loki and the kids started bonding a little more then. It was something we hadn't really seen since Darkness had turned evil. It brought a smile to my face. Even in this slight darkness things finally seemed to be turning right.

"You know I think Loki and Bree would make a good couple" I told Pixie and Lex.

"Yeah, maybe if he wasn't so set on Darkness they could've been a thing. She likes him a bit as well" Pixie replied.

"I doubt your changing his mind on that. He gets his stubbornness from Astro and Wonderman" Lex added.

"Well I'm glad something seems to be going right with you guys lately" Jessie smiled at us.

"Well we had to move on at some point. We may not have moved on all the way but we're doing the best we can" Plete voiced.

"To the chocolate dear brother" Star voiced barging in an armor looking ready to fight a battle.

"Don't ask how we got here" Aaron sweat dropped.

"All this for chocolate. Is everyone on the planet chocolate alcoholics?" Plete sweat dropped.

"It is pretty popular with the girls I've noticed" Jess replied.

Jessie laughed though. "It's almost like the good old days" I voiced.

We laughed at this as well. This brought about conversations of our memories of our parents. Enough time had passed that we were able to talk about it and smile at the memories we remembered. In a way as we talked about them it's almost as if they were here. We also talked about what     might have been said if they were here. We laughed and enjoyed each other's company. Of course there was the royale dinner and the royale guests. However, I wasn't about to tell us to act a certain way just for the royale party. They did act a bit more formal but they were still them. After the dinner everyone seemed to gather around and started dancing together. Loki watched Hope and Angel dance some when Bree sat beside him.

"So are friendly dances a thing?" She asked Loki.

"Is that your way of asking me to dance?" Loki questioned.

Bree began to bite her lips considering her answer and obviously trying to be careful with the things she said.

"I don't want to cross any boundaries. I just didn't want you to feel left out is all" She told Loki.

So Loki got up and held out his hand to her. "A dance or two never hurt" he smiled at me.

She flushed at this and slowly took his hand. Loki pulled her up and she was the closest she'd ever been to Loki. She flushed at this as well. You could tell by the way she blushed she really liked Loki. She tried to contain her feelings but deep down they were still there.

They danced and the kids had noticed and their eyes were all on these two as they danced a slow dance with each other. I noticed Loki seemed to be looking at her in a different way now but it wasn't quite the same way he looked at Darkness. He definitely seemed to have a high respect for her now though. Plus she appeared to be very important to him even if she was just a friend.

As they danced I could feel that Loki felt less alone now with her by his side. You could tell the more and more they danced the more he seemed to be healing. His pull to the drinks lessoned throughout the night.

I was glad he was healing but Bree seemed to be getting pretty close to him. It was definitely a complicated situation.

"They seem close don't they?" Lex asked.

"Just a little bit" I told her.

"She knows about Darkness. It's hard to forget about people sometimes. It would be hard for me to forget about someone like Loki" Lex told me.

"Yeah. I guess" I told Lex.

"At least Loki seems to be doing better though. Little by little" I told Lex.

"If we could just get him to look at the bright side of things that is" Lex added.

"Well I think maybe the kids could help him out with that some" I smiled at Lex.

"Yeah. I can't wait to see them all grow up. I wonder what they would be like" Lex stated.

"With our family. Probably a bunch of trouble makers" I suggested.

We laughed then and Lex said "Yeah. Yor probably right about that"
