Chapter 28

"Danni?"

I looked up at the sound of the Ravenclaw's voice, "Yes, Mitch?"

Mitch sat down in front of me in the dark corner of the library, "I have a idea on how to get Selinae....would you mind telling me of it would work or not?"

I nodded and closed the copy of "Wanted Criminals By Jose Blackheart" I had been reading moments before.

Mitch passed me a piece of paper. At the top were two pictures over people I recognized- Randi and Marry Lupin, Remus' grandparents on his dad's side. A line connected both of them to Dad, and connected to Dad was Mum, her parents above her. There was another line connected to her with a '?' mark. The '?' and Mum were connected together.....to Selinae?

I raised a brow, "What's this?"

Mitch grinned, "I over heard Selinae and Icess talking about Selinae's family. She doesn't know any of her family, so I did some research. She's Lupin's half-sister."

I put a finger over the picture of Mum, "Too bad she'll never meet her," I said softly.

Mitch looked confused, "What do you mean?"

"Mine and Remus' mum and dad were killed by Flora Hope," I muttered guiltily.

Mitch's eyes widened,"I'm so sorry-"

I slammed my fist on the table, "Don't say sorry! There's nothing you can do about it."

Mitch stared at me in shock as I shoved the book in my backpack and swung it over my shoulder, "And yes, Selinae would love if you found out her family."

And with that I turned on my heel and left the library.

"Pandora!" I called, running to catch up with the blond haired girl. She turned around, allowing me to catch up with her.

"Yes?" She said in her normal dreamy voice.

"What was with you the other day? One second your all nice and the next your going on about Flora Hope!"

I snapped.

Pandora shrugged, "Oh nothing I guess."

I was about to snap at her for being such a jerk until Dory came around the corner. Dory and Pandora glared at each other.

"Hello, Dolores," Pandora snarled, yet still in her dream like voice.

Dory smiled devilishly at Pandora, "Hello Pandaoria."

Pandora's eyes flashed angrily, "I'll get you for that."

Dory had her wand drawn just as Pandora muttered Stupify under her breathe. I pulled out my own wand, but Dory saw.

"This is my fight Danni!"

I watched the two of them duel back and fourth, but decided it would be best if I just went back to the common room; I didn't think i would get my answers.

(A/N: So I had a very dramatic scene here, but wattpad deleted it and I really don't want to rewrite it. So here is a really really cute scene instead :3)

I yawned, resting my chin on my hand as our new DADA professor, Professor Dincia. She was a odd women, with golden blond hair sticking up here and there. She had dark brown eyes and loved the color blue. She had been going on about everything, but defense for the last twenty minutes.

"Oh! and the Halloween Ball this year! Make sure you wear a costume!" She said cheerfully and pointed to me, "Miss Hope! Join me up here."

I got up, and pulled my wand out of my pocket.

"Today we will be practicing the patnous charm! I hope that all of you will be able to produce one by the end of the month," she said.

I rolled my eyes, "This isn't a NEWT level class."

She smiled at me, "We can never start to early! You will try first, Miss Hope. Think of-"

I rolled my eyes, "I know what to do, and I can't do it. No happy memories."

The professor glared at me, "Oh really?"

I nodded, "You want me to do it, your going to have to back my peers away."

The professor rolled her eyes, "Just do it miss Hope."

I shrugged, "Don't say I didn't warn you. Expecto Patronum!"

The whole room gasped at the temperature change. They wrapped their arms around themselves and watched with horror as the black hooded figure camp out of the tip of my wand. Several kids let out screams of terror, and ducked as the ghostly dementor flew around. I leaned against the wall.

"Told you."
