*flashback*
Adrien's POV
I stood in my classroom totally shocked with what lay before me. The tables were all covered in varieties of foods, from croissants to decorated cupcakes... It was all so amazing that I had no words.
The classroom was decorated with black and green balloons, paw prints and party throwers, and to add there was a banner in the back that read 'Happy Birthday Adrien'. I was taken aback by the whole scene, that I just stood frozen in place.
All but two of my classmates stood in the room surprised expressions on their faces before they erupted into one joyful shout.
"HAPPY BIRTHDAY ADRIEN!"
I felt tears prick at my eyes, but shook them away as I smiled widely at my friends, I hadn't expected them to throw me a party, especially since my birthday had already passed and my father had forbidden me to throw a party due to what happened last year.
Yeah....that didn't go too well....
Within seconds I was surrounded by my classmates, all of them wishing me a happy birthday and asking about my opinion on the surprise.
"So...what do you think?" Alya asked,"pretty cool right,"
"It's awesome, I didn't expect you all to do this for me," I told them honestly.
"Of course dude, you're our best bro, but to be fair we didn't come up with it," Nino informed me.
"Yes, all we did was help out where we could," Milan pointed out.
"She was the one who did all the planning," Ivan added.
"Unfortunately we thought you would come a little later otherwise she would be here," Rose nodded.
"Hm she's just putting her present away," Juleka mumbled.
"But she was the one who planned all of this," Nathaniel remarked, Marc nodded besides him.
"We just followed her instructions and tada instant, amazing party," Alya striked a pose, her hands out in front of her displaying the classroom.
"Well whoever planned this did an amazing job," I marvelled in awe, still unable to get over what was in front of me.
"Dude you mean you haven't figured out yet who threw this party for you?" Nino asked me.
I shook my head, the only people who were missing from the class were Chloe and Marinette, as well as our teacher, so I had three options.
Chloe was my childhood friend, but I just couldn't see her as the person to put this much effort into something, or plan this whole party herself. Marinette...well it might have been her, but I'm sure she's too busy with school work and designing to have thoughts of me on her mind, and Ms Boestier, well she is my teacher so it could have been her...
"Dude it was Marinette. She was the one who first came up with the idea, she was the one who planned everything, and she was the one who split up the responsibilities. She did everything," Nino shook his head as I stared at him in amazement.
"Marinette was the one who came up with the idea?" I asked them,"why?"
"Well Nino told us that your father wasn't allowing you to have a party for your birthday, so Marinette decided that we should all throw you a party to help make your birthday special," Alya told me.
