You'd never thought you would spend your weekend at wedding to someone you never met before but her you were. You were good friends with JJ and Will, and they said they could invite you if you wanted to go to a wedding of one of their friends / colleagues. You were at first hesitant because you wouldn't know anyone and just be in a room with FBI agents and their significant others. JJ also mentioned that she'd love for you to meet someone that she has been trying to set you up with for a while. It's been a while since you last got together with someone and you thought it would just be cliché if you met someone at a wedding and you got together.

So now here you were, sitting down and strapping your shoes on to go to a wedding of someone you didn't even know. Standing up and taking one last look and smoothing down your black silk dress, you grabbed your clutch and left your apartment making sure to lock it. It's not that you didn't like weddings, it's just you didn't like weddings where you didn't know anyone to talk to, anyone in general, but you just had to suck it up and hopefully it goes all well.

Looking at the message to the venue where it was being held, you immediately get into the cab and tell him the address before texting JJ that you were on your way and asking if the guy, she wants you to meet is worth it. All you knew about him was that his name was Spencer and that he has gone through a lot of shit over the years. She told you everything about him and he seemed like a nice guy. I mean, from what she told you about everything he has gone through from drugs, someone he loved dying in front of him, to being framed for murder, he deserved someone special and she thought of you.

JJ still couldn't get over what happened the night before. Yes, she did love Spencer, but it was before she met Will and having to confess that made her guilty for never telling him before and she regretted it. Spencer understood that she no longer loved him and saw him only as a brother, but he felt guilty and lonely. He never really loved anyone and anyone who loves him always leave him. He got over it quick and saw that maybe the only reason he thought he loved her more than a friend is because he never felt real love and was just lonely without anyone to share the love he had. JJ told him that she had someone she would like him to meet and he was a little hesitant. She told them she had been meaning to set you up for a while but with the busy schedules going on between all three of you, she never had the time until now. She told him everything about you, and he seemed interested in meeting you.

Thanking the cab driver and paying him, you checked the time on your phone to make sure that you weren't too early or too late. Walking up the stairs you, you saw everyone and suddenly everyone's eyes were on you. They were all confused as to who you were until JJ and Will walked up to you to give you a hug. Rossi immediately recognized you after JJ had told him about wanting to set Spencer up with someone and he greeted you

"Hi I'm David Rossi. You must be the one JJ was talking about to Spencer, am I right?" he asked

"Hi, and yes I am. Congratulations by the way on your wedding. She must be a lucky woman." you tell him shaking his hand

"Thank you and she is. Let us introduce you to the rest of the team." he said as him, JJ, and Will took you over to where everyone was standing. You saw a man in a red suit with his hair pulled back and you thought he was the most beautiful man in the world. Maybe that was Spencer, but who knows?

"Hey guys, I'd like to introduce you to someone. This is Y/N. She is a friend of mine and Will's and she's usually the one who babysits the boys when were busy with everything. We met in the academy before she dropped out and went to pursue in something that she felt more interested in. Y/N, this is the team / the rest of our family." JJ said as she introduced you to everyone as they all separately greeted you.
