(Haha. Haha. Twelve... 12th man.)

I was pulling books from the shelves, hoping something might happen. All I did was create a mess though. I move to the desk that laid itself in the room, rummaging though that. All I found was some more tinderboxes. Turning around, Felix was gone. He was around the corner, looking at the cracked wall.

"I swear something is back here. Don't you see the small light peering from it?" He asks me as I walk to his side.

He was right. There is beams of light coming from the cracks. What's back there?

Ryan's PoV: (that's right, we be changing it up a bit.)

I walked to a room called Laboratory with Alex. What made me uneasy was the name of the room.

"So... Ryan... how's your arm holding up?" Alex broke the silence between us.

I only look at her, her eyes looking into mine. "Uh, yea... It's fine, only a little sore," I finally answer.

"That's good. At least you survived, that's worth something," she says.

I nodded as we approached a small table. The table made the eeriness even worse. It had a jar and a list of items for something.

Alex picks up the paper, her eyes scanning the paper. "And I understand none of this," her voice held irritation.

"Can I see it? If we're in the lab, maybe whatever we need is in here," I ask.

Alex easily hands over the paper. My hand now holds the old, crinkled sheet. The list read orpiment, aqua regia, cuprite, and calamine. Whatever those things are.

"So, you know what's with that?" Alex asks.

I now shake my head. "No clue, don't even know if we should make it. It won't hurt to try it though, the worse it can do is kill us and we've already been dodging death," I say.

"Cause that makes me feel better," she says with joy in her voice. I could tell it was fake.

"Have any better ideas?" I challenge.

Alex doesn't say anything now, even her eyes fell to the floor. "You're right. We've got nothing to lose."

My PoV: (Raven's):

Felix and I just stared at the chipped wall.

"Whelp, only one way in," he said picking up a rock.

"What?" I ask.

"Well there's something behind there. Maybe it can help us," he explains. After he spoke, he threw the rock at the wall. The wall crumbled in the one area, making a small hole.

We both peek in the room. It was a small room and it only held a desk really, not many books. A door could be seen, but where it laid confused me.

"Wait," I say walking to the room connected to where we stood. Just as I thought, where the door would have been was a bookshelf.

"What is it?" Felix asks.

I point to the shelf. "That's where the door should be," I answer. "That's how we should've gotten in."

Looking at Felix, I see him only shrug. "The hole in the wall is our new way in!" He laughs.

It still puzzled me a bit how he could always laugh in times like these. "Ok, if you suggest," I say nervously.

"Of course I do," he laughed shortly. Felix paws at the hole to make it bigger. When it was finally big enough, he crawled through it.

"What's in there?" I ask poking my head in.

"Come on. It's fine," Felix pulls me in.

I landed in his chest with an small grunt. He helped me to my feet, smiling at me brightly. Felix's head then panned the room with question written on his face.

"What do you think is in here?" Felix asks.

"I don't know, but whatever it is they put a lot of work in to keep it hidden," I said looking at the room more closely. "It's gotta be worth something."

I was about to move when Felix grabbed me, covered my mouth, and sat us the corner of the room.

"Something's coming," he explained himself.

I nod in his hand, trying to stay quiet even with the fear running in my veins.

The footsteps now began to get louder with every second. I begin to shake. It sounded as the steps stopped right outside the hole, as if examining it for an answer.

"Raven? Felix?" Alex's head pokes in.

I let out a shaky sigh, relieved it was her.

"Guys, do you know where either orpiment, aqua regia, cuprite, or calamine is? We can't seem to find it and may need it," Ryan's white mask now pokes in as does a sheet of paper.

"What?" Felix asks.

Ryan shrugs. "I don't know. It may come in handy."
