Calum- You Meet At A Bar

It was a Saturday night and one of my best friends decided to drag me to a club just to ditch me and dance. She was quite the partier so I rolled my eyes while smirking at her as she started dancing. I sighed and walked over to the bar and sat down on a stool. As I sat down, I noticed there was a band performing on stage. Since the bar was literally right next to the stage, I was able to see the members perfectly. They were actually very talented and as I examined them more, one member caught my eye. The bassist. He was tan with dark hair and had toned arms. He was very cute. As I watched him, he turned his head and winked at me as his toungue poked out of his mouth in concentration as he played his bass. I smiled at him and winked back. After the band finished performing, me and many others clapped for them as they got off the stage. I was about to order one drink considering I'm not into drinking, when I noticed someone sit next to me. I turned my head as I gripped my drink in my hand and realized it was the bassit from the band. "Hey." He greeted with a grin as he nodded to the bartender and the man fetched him a drink. I figured the dark-haired boy must come here often if the bartender gave him what he wanted without having to tell him what to get. I grinned back as I said, "Hi." "What's your name, Sweets?" He asked turning his stool to face me. "It's (Y/n). Yours?" I replied as I smiled and took a sip of my drink. "Calum." He answered. "Nice name." I complimented truthfully. "Thank you." He smiled. "So what are you doing here alone, Sweets?" He asked looking at me. I blushed at the nickname he already gave me and shook my head as I replied, "I'm actually not here alone. My friend made me tag along but she decided to just join the crowd." I said chuckling as I caught a glimpse of her on the dance floor. "Ohhh, okay." He said in a thick australian accent as he laughed. "I like your laugh. It's really cute." I said giggling. He blushed before he smirked and said, "I like yours too." I grinned at him and noticed that my friend had drank a bit too much. I sighed as I said, "Well, Calum. It was nice to meet you but I should go and drive her home before she does anything stupid." He nodded as I got up to wallk. All of a sudden I felt a gentle pull on my wrist. I turned around and saw it was Calum. "Before you leave, can I get your number?" I smiled and nodded as we both exchanged our phone numbers. "So now that you have my number, I should get going. Bye, Calum." I said as I hugged him. "See you later, Sweets." He said as he hugged me back and kissed my cheek sneakily. I smiled at him and went into the mob of grinding people to find my friend. When I finally found her, I grabbed her wrist and walked her to my car. I put her in the backseat and she started giggling. I rolled my eyes as I thought,

This is going to be a long ride.

I finally managed to get her out of the car and walk her to her door. She lazily hugged me and walked in her house. I sighed in relief as I walked to my car and drove home. When I finally arrived, I went straight upstairs to take a quick shower. After I showered I changed into some joggers and my favorite hoodie. Jumping on my bed, I grab my phone and check for any notifications. I noticed I had one message so I clicked on the app and saw that it was from Calum.

From: calum :)

Hey, Sweets. I was wondering if tomorrow you and I can go get some coffee and hang out? We could meet up in front of the club. x

I smiled and wrote back.

To: calum :)

Hiiii, Cal! And yeah sure :) What time? x

About thirty seconds later he replied.

From: calum :)

Lovin' the nickname ;) And around 12 noon? x

I laughed and starting typing.

To: calum :)

Oh my god. Well I think its fair since you call me sweets >:) And alright I'll text you tomorrow. goodnight x

From: calum :)

Whatever, Sweets ;) I'll see you tomorrow. G'night x

I blushed and laughed as I locked my phone and plugged my charger in. I put the charger piece in my phone and laid down. I opened my blanket and drifted off into a peaceful sleep, waiting for tomorrow to come as I wrapped myself in it.
