Calum- Sleepover (AU)

Today I'm having my traditional weekend sleepover at my best friend Calum's house. We've both known each other since birth because our parents are very close with one another. We've also been going to school together since first grade up until high school graduation, so yeah we're pretty close. Currently we were both in his living room watching a movie when Calum said, "I'm tired." and yawned cutely right after making me coo at him mentally. "Me too. C'mon." I said as I grabbed the remote, shut the T.V off and went upstairs to his room. We both sleep on his bed because we are literally that comfortable with each other. I don't really mind because ever since we were little and we had sleep overs, we would share a bed and I guess we just got so used to sleeping next to each other. He followed right after me in his room like a puppy and he jumped on his bed making the springs squeak. He took of his shirt and threw it somewhere across the room and laid back. Shutting the door behind me, I climbed into bed, facing opposite of Calum. "Night, Cal." I whispered as I felt my eyelids become heavy. "G'night." I heard him mumble. A few seconds later I feel his weight move the bed and him reach over me and place his lips on my temple in a kiss. Smiling to myself, I feel my head burn up and butterflies in my stomach as I fall into a deep slumber.

| Later that night |

I woke up to the room being extremely cold and shivered. Reaching my hand out around the bed, I try to find the blanket and when I finally feel it, I grabbed it but it wouldn't budge. I then realized that Calum's fat ass was hogging it all. I sucked my teeth in annoyance and tried to pull it out of his grip. "Give it, Calum." I said through gritted teeth. I heard him giggle and say, "No. It's mine." I gave up eventually because his grip on the blanket was too strong and mumbled, "I'm cold, you dick." Next thing I know, I hear him say, "C'mere." I twist my body around to face him and he wraps his arms around my waist, pulling me into his warm bare chest. My heart rate quickens and I snuggle into him more. "(Y/n)." I hear him say in a raspy voice which was really hot. "Hmm?" I reply too lazy to use my voice. "Can I tell you something?" He asked with a hint of insecurity in his voice. I nodded but then realized he probably couldn't see me since there wasn't much light; the only source coming from the moon. "Sure." I said. From the little bit I could see, he looked at me for a few seconds and then took a deep breath. "Okay. I'm just gonna get this over with... I like you." I stared at him in shock as he shifted his body to look at me better. I smirked a bit and said, "I like you too." "You do?" He asked and I could tell he had that stupid, adorable smile on his perfect face. "Yeah... For a long time now." I said as I could feel my cheeks getting red. Hopefully Calum doesn't notice. I saw him smile and start leaning in. I met him half way and wrapped my arms around his neck as I kissed him back. I played with the small hair on the nape of his neck an pulled away. "Well that was nice." Calum said giggling. "Yeah. It was." I said smiling widely as he cuddled closer to me and I fell asleep just like that.
