Camping (jihope)

"Come on Jimin! I want to go camping!"

"No thanks! Spending the night outside with the wildlife? Nope! Doesn't sound even the least bit appealing."

"Please?"

"Go by yourself!"

"No! Do you want me to die?"

"Then don't go at all!" Hoseok kneels in front of Jimin who is sitting on the couch.

"Please?"

"Ugh! You know I can't resist that face." Jimin looks away angerly.

"Fine."

"YAY!" J-hope's face lights up like the sun. (hehe see what I did there?)

"But."

J-hopes smile fades.

"I'm willing to camp outside. But we have to compromise. I don't want to go somewhere random. I don't want to die."

"We can just camp in the backyard!" Jimin looks skeptical. "Good?"

"I guess."

They set up the tent outside. As nightfalls, they lay down their sleeping bags and get comfortable. J-hope switches off the lamp and they are plunged into darkness. Outside, a squirrel jumps down from a tree onto the leaf-covered ground.

"Hoseok?"

"Yeah?"

"What was that?"

"Probably nothing." An owl swoops down and captures a mouse.

"Hobi?"

"Come here." Jimin moves closer and lays his head on his boyfriend's chest. "Goodnight Jiminnie."

"Goodnight Hobi."
