Chapter 2.

"Choi Hye Jin?" The prof asked while his eyes are focused on his class card reading the student's name for attendance. The student raised her hand to let him know that she's present in his class. "Present!" She joyfully say and the prof just sighed and continue calling out his students names one by one.

Choi Hyejin is a junior student and a consistent dean's lister. She's more focused on her study than doing what other teenagers do during weekends such as going to parties and clubs.

After checking their attendance, the prof was about to say something when the door slums open by a guy who's uniform is not properly buttoned and hair is all messed up like he's just woken up but this can't deny the fact the he just made all the girls squeal by his sudden appearance because as far as everyone know, he is the most popular guy in the whole campus. He startled the whole class which made Hyejin rolled her eyes. "Ugh the annoying and arrogant jerk of the century." She silently hissed under her breath.

"Jeon Jungkook I see that you're late again, I suddenly thought about detention rightnow what do you think?" The prof said and the rest of the class let out a chuckle which made Jungkook glared at those piece of cunts.

"I'm not late Mr. Lee, you're just early." He carelessly say and made his way to his sit next to Hyejin, his mortal enemy but his first love. The prof just shook his head knowing that Jungkook can't be controlled no matter what he say and thought that he will be here temporarily every year for personal reasons so let him be. The class continue with Jungkook and Hyejin bickering at the back without everyone noticing it.

"Hey." He called Hyejin who's busy eating lunch in the school's cafeteria. To her, he is the most annoying brat she has ever seen and she hates him eventhough they've already met in winter last year during winter celebration in Busan.

She hates him for breaking his promise to visit her in Seoul. He never showed up and call her ever again which made her upset. "I thought we became especial to each other in Busan." She thought.

While Jungkook on the other hand can't tell her the truth behind his absence. He can't blame her, she has every right to be mad at him because he promised eventhough he knows that it's impossible. He came and enrolled here in Seoul as soon as winter came and made a deal with the school director that he can't be present all the time and will be just studying online until he graduate.

Life isn't complicated for him and It's easy to live as Jungkook, Taehyung, Jimin and Jin without struggling until Hyejin. He do all sorts of way to meet her but he's just too unlucky to do so.

"Can I join you?" He asked but still got no answer so he just made himself sit infront of her.

"I suddenly lost my appetite." She said and stand up grabbing her bag but Jungkook stop her.

"Can we talk?" He pleaded. Hyejin scoffed and rolled her eyes, thinking that he has still the guts to talk to her after what he did.

Jungkook look at her straightly in the eyes asking for her responce.

"What for? We're strangers remember? I thought you already forgot that I exist." She said still hurt because he had made a place in her heart eversince that day.

How could I? Jungkook thought.

"Didn't you miss me?" Jungkook teased which made the atmosphere change and it made her pissed. Jungkook will be Jungkook.

"Ofcourse not! Why would I??" She said raising her left eyebrow while crossing her arms.

She's so cute. I missed her, he thought and smile at her cute reaction he can clearly see the redness of her cheek.

"Yes you did, I know you so well." He said in a serious voice which made her even more blush and embarrassed. He really knows how to melt her heart and she hates it.

"What are you doing here?" Curiosity is written all over her face, wanting to find an answer for his absence.

"Spare me a dinner tonight I really want to catch up with you... Hyejin." He really wants to be with her, god knows how much he missed his first love.

Hyejin hesitate for a moment contemplating whether to decline his offer or not. She can't come up for a better idea.

"If you don't it means that you miss me and I will tell everyone that you like me." He said black mailing her, a smirk placed on his lips.

She widened her eyes at his sudden words. Ughhhh she really hate him..

"Silence means yes~" he sang in full delight and left leaving her jaw dropped.
