Chapter 35

I fucking swear, out of Jimin and Taehyung, Jin is surely the most challenging body that Jungkook has ever been to. I mean MAN! We barely have time to see each other and what's fucking worse is that the clock is ticking so it means that we are literally wasting our time.

It's been a while since I saw him, talk to him or chat with him. I was really hoping that this would be extra special and memorable since it's the last because next season, I could finally be with Jungkook. The real him.

Despite this heavy feeling in my chest, I still manage to finish my class until it's finally done. I found Joohyuk waiting for me outside my class room, his back resting on the wall while his hands are inside his pocket.

"Sunbae!" I called him and he quickly glance at my direction.

"Hyejin-ah." He waved as soon as he saw me.

"Can I walk you home?" He asked and I was like what's with you? I furrowed my eyebrows at him and he seemed to notice it that's why he let out a soft ahh! and started explaining.

"Just outside the campus gate will do." I told him and he nodded.

We walk not minding the pair of eyes staring at us. Some, I can hear saying, "didn't she turned him down already, why are they always together?"

Joohyuk just shrugged his shoulder and nudge me to just ignore it when I'm about to beat the shit out of that girl.

We reached the gate and he was about to say good bye when we heard a loud beeping of a car.

I can see from my peripheral vision that it's Jin, the car is not tinted and he's only wearing a cap! My eyes widened when I confirmed that it was really him.

"Yah! It's Jungkook, I think I should go." I whispered to Joohyuk and I can see him trying to recognize his face.

"That's him rightnow? Why do I feel like I've seen him somewhere?" He tilted his head. With that I pushed him to leave and I quickly run inside Jin's car.

"WHY ARE YOU HERE?" I asked, still shock from his sudden appearance.

"And why are you with him?" He asked, his voice is full jelousy.

"Jungkook, what if someone recognize that face?" I told him trying to avoid his question and he just rolled his eyes.

"That's not the issue here, stick to my question. Why are you with him?" His voice sounded tired. Yet he still manage to raise his voice at me.

"Why are you making me feel like I'm doing something behind your back?" I snap crossing my arms, looking away.

He ignore what I said and started the engine of his car and drove away to find a spot where we can talk without worrying the people that might see us.

I didn't utter a single word when he parked at the place where there are no people and cars. All I can hear is him sighing.

"Why are you the one getting mad right now? All I am asking is why are you still talking to him? He even walk you all the way outside the campus." He said, more calm but not really.

"Why are you making such a big fuss about it? He's just a friend." I told him. If he only knew the truth that Joohyuk know his secret but is keeping it for his sake.

"He fucking kissed you Hyejin, he kissed you!" He raised his voice and I was taken aback.

I look at him but he isnt looking at me, he's staring at his window trying to avoid my gaze and I felt a little guilty.

"I told you it was nothing. He apologized and I accepted it." I said trying to calm him but he just snap his head at me furrowing his eyebrows.

Why is he being like this? This isn't the Jungkook I know, is this Jin's personality? Or maybe Jungkook's just really mad right now?

"You what?!"

I flinched. Making him hit his steering wheel, which caused me to flinch even more, making me shut my eyes closed.

This time I didn't say anything.

"That's it? And now you are back to being friends with him like nothing happened? You know I am not always beside you to look out for you or protect you. Who knows what else he will do without me? Do you----"

I cut him off by raising my voice at him.

"That's the point! You are not always with me, you can't see how that person stood up for me when you're not around. You didn't saw how that person comforted me when you're gone! You are not there at those times, you are not there when he did nothing but kindness! So don't judge him like you know him and everything that's happening between us! When I told you I love you, I mean it. And when I told you that you're the only one, that's the truth! HAPPY?!" I snap making him froze at my words. He was taken aback and I know that I crossed the line this time.

"Are you trying to say that he's better than me? Because he was always on your side while I am struggling with my life transferring to different bodies trying really hard to cope up with you just to hear you throwing all those words at me?" He snap.

"Can you blame me? Do you think I'm not getting sick of this shit that's happening between us? Do you think I'm not sick of hiding just to hold you, hug you and fuck I couldn't even kiss you." I retorted messing up my hair.

"Tired of this shit? Is that what you call it? Then why are you still doing this with me?" He asked, his voice is stern and this time... I can really feel that it's Jungkook.

"Because I love you?" My voice cracked.

"No, because you pitty me... I don't even know why we ended up saying these things when all I want you to do is to stay away from him because it's making me jelous. Is it really hard for you to do that?" He asked in a straight voice.

"What I am trying to say is you don't have to worry because I'm not doing something that will hurt you." I told him calmly, I am even holding his hand right now.

"Seeing you with him smiling is enough to hurt me Hyejin. Because whenever he makes you smile, he's always reminding me the normal things that I can't do with you. He always makes me feel that I don't deserve you, he always makes me realise that I can't give you the normal life you wanted." This time his orbs are staring at mine. The tears that are slowly streaming down his face is breaking every piece of me.

"I'm so sorry for making you feel that way Jungkook." I cupped his face and he look down not wanting to look at me.

"I'm tired. I'll just drive you home then I'll leave." He removed my hands and he continue driving until we reached my house. He didn't even glance at me when I got off his car, and as soon as I am inside our gate.. he quickly left.
